Gap Property Services Leicester Ltd employs more than 50 fully qualified specialists across the property trades of plumbing, electrics and building, making it able to tackle reliably every kind of job relating to the property market. That includes heating repairs, boiler replacements, new bathrooms, kitchen fitting, structural repairs, interior refurbishments and repairs.

Our business is a family run company and was set up in 2005. Holding the vision of ensuring that both able and vulnerable people all benefit from the best possible quality of work, we have secured a number of contracts with local authorities and housing associations as well as catering for all the property needs of a ever growing number of private home owners and business operators.

We like to think that we provide an excellent service, with very affordable rates. We provide a number of services, but if a customer requests a service that we cannot offer we will do our up most to recommend, another trustworthy reliable company.

They did a full kitchen renovation. Owen came on time for the duration of the project. Did not make any unnecessary noise whilst completing the work. Furthermore did not a leave a big mess all over the house. The quality of the work was outstanding & completed within the agreed time period.

GAP Property Services fitted a new gas boiler, controls and hot water cylinder, and replaced some pipe work and some of the radiators. The quotation provided was very competitive. Once I had accepted the quotation, GAP were able to commence the work on a day of my choice within the next three weeks. The two employees who came to carry out the work - a gas engineer and an electrician - really were ‘top-notch’. They worked very hard indeed, were especially kind and helpful, and completed all work to an excellent standard. They were able to complete the entire job in a little under two days. From the time when I first contacted GAP in order to obtain a quotation right through to the payment of the final invoice everyone involved dealt with matters very thoroughly, efficiently and courteously. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending GAP Property Services very highly indeed.

GAP property services fitted a worcester bosch 4000 boiler when our old boiler broke down. Martin came to give a quote and explained in clear terms all the details and compared the pros and cons of the three boilers we were looking at. He didnt try to tell us what we needed but just answered all our questions fully. I phoned a couple of days later with yet more questions and Martin got back to me quickly and gave me all the info. The date for the boiler fitting was scheduled very quickly as we had no hot water or heating. Ben the fitter was a friendly and skilled workman who just got on with the job. Thanks Ben. Good work at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Gap

Gas safe certification

I required a gas safe certificate for my house. A family member recommended GAP. From calling to the finished job I experienced an A1 service. The lady who took my call explained fully the cost, took my details, booked me into a date. asked if I wanted a am or pm appointment etc. All good. Engineer/technician arrived as appointment, nice informative guy, very thorough with his checks. Would 100% recommend this company to friends and family.

We recently had a new boiler installed by GAP - fantastic service again (they did our boiler in our old house too). Cannot recommend them enough. We are currently in the process of renovating a house and have been using lots of different tradesmen. At times it has been disheartening as people are not turning up when they say they will etc. GAP were great, we obtained a quote, confirmed it and then it was booked in. They arrived on time and did an excellent and tidy job. Thank you.

Recently had some underpinning work carried out on the rear of my property by GAP property services the job was fully explained to me in full and carried out by a highly skilled. I had a very positive experience with GAP to get a new boiler installed. I inquired about a quote on Monday, someone came out to have a look at our home and finalise a quote on Tuesday, I accepted on Wednesday and by 4pm on Thursday the new boiler was installed and working. Everyone was polite and professional, and just cracked on and got the job done. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend GAP to others.
