Gareth Williams Heating was formed in 2007 and now has a strong customer base throughout Newport and South Wales. We specialise in Boiler Installations and as Accredited and Approved Installers, we can offer up to 14 years parts and labour warranties on New Boiler Installations.

Had to organise a new gas boiler and room heater for my mother, who lives 450 miles away from me, so finding a trustworthy and competent heating installer was paramount to me. The work required was extensive, as my Mother's existing installation dated back to 1974 and was, quite frankly, a mess. Gareth Williams provided me with a detailed quote, did the job when he said he would, answered all my questions promptly and went above and beyond what I expected in sorting out supplementary electric heating for me too. From quotation thru completion, Gareth Williams heating Ltd have been professional, helpful and have inspired total confidence. I would recommend them as your first choice of heating installer if you live in the Newport area. Outstanding.

Booked a boiler service. Should be simple, but how often do companies struggle with simple? Not these guys. Within a day I had booked a slot, the engineer turned up on the dot and was brilliant. Service record and billing arrived within hours. I will definitely use this company again

Replace back boiler with combi boiler

We were looking to replace an ageing back boiler with a modern combi boiler. Gareth visited us and came back with his quotes within a couple of hours. The work was carried out the following week. Our old back boiler, gas fire, airing cupboard tank and loft cistern were all removed quickly and the new boiler and associated pipework installed with the minimum of fuss. This work took 2 full days. The morning of the third day was taken up by a power flush of the system. So job completed within 2 and a half days. I can't speak highly enough of the 2 lads who did the work - Dan and Lorenzo. They were professional, competent, friendly and kept us informed throughout about the work they were doing. After they had finished they explained how the system worked and how to use the controls. They filled in all the associated paperwork and sorted out the payment details. They were fantastic and a credit to Gareth Williams Heating Ltd. I look forward to renewing acquaintances in a year's time when we have our annual boiler service. Thank you Gareth, Dan and Lorenzo for making the whole project simple and straightforward throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any work of a similar nature.

Excellent attention and Service from Mr Williams Heating Team ,Engineer arrived on time introduced himself ,explained what his work would entail . On completion he informed us what he had serviced, and all was fine with the Boiler , and left the work area clean and tidy .On budget ,on time , on cost . Low water pressure

Had low water pressure message on boiler. Phoned Gareth and he sent some one out the next day. When workman arrived I had found instruction booklet and sorted it. The workman (Lorenzo) checked what I had done and reassured me it was ok. Thank you.
