Gareth Williams Heating was formed in 2007 and now has a strong customer base throughout Newport and South Wales. We specialise in Boiler Installations and as Accredited and Approved Installers, we can offer up to 14 years parts and labour warranties on New Boiler Installations.

I don't think I could be any happier. I moved into a house with an old boiler in a bad location and with pipework all over the place. I aimed to move the boiler ASAP and Gareth managed to sort it all out within a week! I received my quote the day after I first called, took a couple of days to plan my finances and the next week my boiler replacement and move has happened! This is genuinely the fastest service I have ever received when it comes to big jobs like that. Two gentlemen that were working in my house (Lorenzo and Jamie) were polite, friendly and kept me up to date. I am absolutely amazed how the two were able to work around not the best conditions given that I only just moved in so half of this house is a building site. They answered all the questions I had, provided me with updates whenever needed and even arranged for a roofer to come in with a longer ladder - all so smooth that not even once I felt anxious about this. I am not one to leave long positive reviews but there is no chance I could ignore this one - you pay for first class service, pleasant contact and a clear explanation of all the works. Today is the first day with my new boiler and I can already feel the difference. Thank you very much guys!

Emergency gas cut off
On the 6th of Jan 2021 i had a smart meter fitted which works very well but on testing the gas piping the fitter found a small leak on my gas fire. After fitting my new smart meter he informed me he had no choice but to switch my supply off. I then promptly rang Gareth Williams Heating who said he would come later in the day as i had no heating or hot water. Later that afternoon his engineer called, rectified the leak and uncapped the meter and re-connected the supply. This company is very good and reliable, an excellent service provider, you will not find a better company than Gareth Williams Heating.

Our heating system required a thorough inspection and further to work to maintain reliability and functionality, this was achieved during the service provision. Works were carried out to a very high standard by a very competent engineer. Highly recommended.

Look no further if you want a good service and installation , no mess to clear up after their work and the engineers Dan and Jammie were polite and courteous... good company. p.s. fitted new baxi 830 combi boiler and recovered old tanks and pipework.

Gareth has done work for us on a couple of occasions now, the last one being cleaning out our radiators. He explained the job that had to be done and gave us valuable future advice, We found he was/is very good at what he does, will definitely use again. Highly recommend
