Garrett Appliances Ltd t/a Garrett Kitchens

We bought house with fitted kitchen. When washing machine failed April '21, Garretts sourced replacement to fit in limited space, removed old one and plumbed-in new and rehung door. Same with fridge-freezer November '22 though installation was held up while I replaced the wooden base (defrosting damage). Thanks to Rebecca for chasing the new f'freezer and Garretts' 2 installers who carefully put it in place and rehung doors.

Have previously used trader. Spent time filling in a form on their website for a cooker hood repair only to get a reply saying they no longer repair appliances. "On 11 Oct 2021, at 11:50, Orders | G wrote: Hi Dan Thanks for your enquiry however we no longer repair appliances and so are unable to assist you I’m afraid. Kind Regards," I hope their other services are more competantly run than their website. My time was wasted.

Terreo quickly diagnosed and clearly explained the problem with both my washing machine (the pump wasn't working properly) and the tumble dryer (the drive belt was broken). Within two days the parts he had ordered had arrived and he fitted them. All at a reasonable cost - £70 for each appliance with parts on top. No call out fee. I would highly recommend Garrett Appliances

Even though Garrett Appliances were unable to help, the lady is spoke with was extremely nice and explained clearly why they could not help, the pitfalls and gave me some helpful tips for me to think about. I would definitely use them again.

Having dealt with Garrett Appliance a lot recently we have found them to be very efficient and reliable. Their communication is spot on and the engineers are very quick to attend the jobs instructed by ourselves. Highly recommended!

The dryer on my washer dryer had stopped heating; I found Garrett through this website and the positive reviews encouraged me to contact them. I can only echo others sentiments on fantastic service; from booking the appointment through to the actual visit. Wayne (Engineer) was polite, considerate and knowledgeable and identified the issue and although a part needed ordering, a new appointment was arranged and he returned and fitted it successfully! A great company, from initially booking the appointment through to Wayne repairing the dryer, I would thoroughly recommend!

I used Garrets to repair a built in oven. I had a prompt visit from an engineer who investigated the problem. He was good at explaining the issue to me. We tried a replacement part however that didn’t rectify the matter; I had already been made aware that the nature of problem made diagnosis difficult and the replacement part was refunded to me. I was assisted in deciding what the best way forwards was for me, keep trying to repair or replace entire item. Circumstances meant I had to opt for the latter. I was sent a clear spreadsheet of makes, prices, warrenty lengths etc. A new oven was delivered and fitted today. Throughout I was treated with respect and consideration. The team at the office and those who attended my home were courteous and professional. I was given accurate time slots with a text or call half an hour before arrival. I would recommend Garrets.

This company could not have worked harder to repair my washing machine. They arranged all appointments promptly, the work was carried out without fuss, the charging structure was fair and reasonable. If only there were more like them!

I rang Garrett's first thing Monday morning after I failed to unblock my dishwasher. Within minutes they had me set up with a visit the same morning by the lovely Wayne, who sorted the problem within a half an hour. Seamless, easy, friendly service all done and dusted in one morning. Extremely happy as I don't need the hassle right now and it was sorted so quickly. Thanks guys!

My lodger texted whilst I was travelling abroad, informing me the washing machine was broken. I pulled over, found Garrett on-line and gave them a call. Efficient, friendly service from the outset. They even contacted my lodger directly to agree a convenient time to inspect the machine. Since it was uneconomic to fix the old machine, Garrett gave me a number of options for a replacement machine, and a discount for purchasing through Garrett. Machine replaced, new one installed, old one removed, no hassle for me, good value, happy lodger! Can highly recommend Garrett Appliances Ltd.
