I called Wrights Solutions, but we quickly realised that we were out of their area. Despite that, Gary was still interested in my requirement and gave me invaluable and completely unbiased professional advice. You find this type of truly genuine business so rarely these days (automated call attendance, visit our web site, etc. etc.) that I wanted to share my experience. I just wish we lived closer!

I found Gary on Which trusted traders. Good communication from my initial enquiry to job completion. Gary is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, clean and tidy, took his boots off when entering the property, which is always appreciated. All the work was carried out in a methodical and professional manner. I received a follow up call the next day from Gary, asking if everything was working and to my satisfaction, which it was. Gary genuinely wants to do a good job for his customers and I’m sure his aftercare service would be just as good should you ever need it.

We have had a few problems receiving all our TV channels and knew we need to update our equipment (antenna booster). From the first time of me contacting Gary, he was quick in responding and a date was made for him to visit. Excellent and honest advice
I rang Garry regarding my Freeview signal, after seeing his company's reviews on Which Trusted Traders. After sending images of my aerial to him he came back to me very quickly with a lot of helpful advice, which stopped me from having unnecessary work done. All this whilst he was out working at other customers sites. He came across as being very knowledgeable and honest and I would definitely consider using his services in future.

Garry was super fast in responding to my email and enquiry. He organised a time to visit and was prompt and friendly. I really liked that he figured out what the issue was, identified the options for me and gave me prices before we decided what to do. Used Wrights Solutions to replace my Intruder Alarm and from the first contact to the completion of the installed system, Garry was impressive throughout! I have since had my Alarm System Serviced along with the same Care & Consideration he afforded me when he fitted it. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout (so was my property when he removed his shoes Before entering) and he was polite, caring and very patient when being asked to repeat instructions. Nothing was too much trouble in every aspect, plus he responds when called and honours appointment times with the same promptness. So, so pleased.......ticked all the boxes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Gary did an excellent job in installing and updating my CCTV installation. A competitive quote. Gary explained all the aspects of the system and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Gary arrived as arranged, quickly carrying out the enhancements to my system. Leaving everything clean and tidy after his work. He fully explaining aspects of the system. His customer service is excellent returning to make some minor adjustments that I requested as an after thought.
