Gary did an excellent job in installing and updating my CCTV installation. A competitive quote. Gary explained all the aspects of the system and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Gary arrived as arranged, quickly carrying out the enhancements to my system. Leaving everything clean and tidy after his work. He fully explaining aspects of the system. His customer service is excellent returning to make some minor adjustments that I requested as an after thought. A real pleasure to have such a trustworthy and helpful person who I would recommend 100%

I sought a number of quotes before finally selecting Gary. I chose Gary because, a) I liked the system he was installing, b) he answered every question I had and wanted to check that I fully understood everything before proceeding, c) prior to installation and again on the day, he discussed the location and rationale for the location for sensors, boxes, control panel to ensure he put things in the agreed location, d) his service is competitively priced. During the installation he was constantly hoovering the area around which he worked to ensure there was no dust and he left everything clean. After the installation he explained fully the use of the system and helped us download the app to everyone in the household.

We required urgent replacement for our CCTV hard drive, we telephoned Gary as we have used his company before with excellent results, Gary responded immediately and our hard drive was replaced that evening, the CCTV was up and running with no further problems. Fantastic service, very professional, good communication, no mess, no fuss, would most certainly recommend.

We wanted someone to explain to us about the latest alarm technology, and what best system would suit our needs. We also wanted to re-locate our satellite dish. Gary gave good advice and could not have been more helpful. He quoted us for everything very promptly, and we agreed on a date. All work was completed today. Gary was prompt, tidy, very hard working and extremely polite and helpful. All work completed with minimum fuss at agreed price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you, or call you again if needed.
