We had a problem with our Ariel and struggled to get a tv signal. Garry thoroughly checked every part of our connection, explaining what he was doing as he went, and determined there wasn't a problem with the ariel but the wiring. This was so reassuring to have someone trustworthy do a fantastic job and resolve our issue
