First time of use and was very impressed with the two lads who came to service the fire and boiler.They were very polite and treated the house with respect.Their work was careful and meticulous.They were extremely clean and tidy in their work and left no mess at all.I would recommend them highly.My only reservation was the admin.We were told it would be a morning visit yet the two plumbers were given the job as a pm job.So we waited all day for completion.Overall I was happy with the work done

They did a great job modernizing our central heating from a conventional gas boiler to a system gas boiler with new h/w tank and radiators. Provided a detailed quote upfront, itemized and options clearly identified. Professional and polite, punctual and good communications, helpful advice and tidied up each day, very thorough, would highly recommend.

My friend recommended this company to me I had an emergency call out they came and sorted my problem straight away. Very friendly service from Paul who fitted a pressure valve in the combi boiler and recommended a new thermostat which they fitted for me by Steve I will give the company 10 out of 10. I would recommend this company to anyone having problems well done Craig, Paul and Steve.

I contacted the company after being recommended by a relative. My 1st impression was that of friendliness and I felt comfortable with them. I have to say that I was very happy and pleased with their work ethics and nothing was a problem for them. I found them very trustworthy and always helpful and they even sorted out one or two outstanding issues for me regarding my cooker and tap. I would recommend this company all the time without hesitation. It was nice to have someone who is totally professional and extremely competent at what they do. 11 out of 10 for me !!!!!

I called them because my boiler wasn’t working and I was getting a tad chilly. They arranged to come the next morning, but actually rang me later the same day to offer an earlier visit, knowing I didn’t have a working boiler. On the visit they resolved the issue and while on site were able to service the boiler. I’d expected to have to book this as a separate visit. As I explained other issues I’ve been having with my heating system they offered advice, checks and options for me. All this within 1 day, from 1 phone call and excellent value for money. Don’t ring anyone else until you’ve rung them!

Firstly, I'll show my hand! I spent my 40-year career with British Gas, served a six-year apprenticeship, qualified as a service engineer, progressed through service management, ending my career as a regional general manager in 1994. Having been retired 26 years, I'm too out of touch to do my own servicing and repairs or to climb around in lofts, but I'm rather fussy as to who I rely on for service and repairs. I used to use a former BG service engineer who I knew and trusted but he retired recently, so I asked him for a recommendation. Without hesitation, he recommended Gas Appliance Solutions Ltd, established by two former BG engineers. I asked them to carry out a service on my Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler and to replace a faulty diverter valve. Craig arranged for the work to be done promptly, John serviced the boiler, and Jack came on another day to change the diverter valve. Craig was very helpful on the phone and the engineers were polite, friendly, competent and smartly dressed - great ambassadors for the company. They turned up at the appointed time, asked if they should wear masks before entering, wore disposable overshoes and made no mess at all. The price was very competitive and was notified in advance. Five stars in every respect! For the avoidance of doubt, I have no connection with this or any other company and until two weeks ago, had never heard of them. I'd have to hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
