We had our boiler and hot water cylinder were replaced. The water tanks in the loft were removed as the new system is closed. Gas Monster worked with us and an asbestos removal company so that asbestos in the boiler cupboard could be removed between the removal of the old boiler and the installation of the new one. One of the reasons we choose Gas Monster was that they provide a full breakdown of costs in their quotation making it easier to compare options. Regarding after sale care, when we discovered a small leak a few days after the work was completed they were quick to come back out and fix the problem.

New combi boiler installed and old boiler and tank removed. The inspection and quotation process was pleasant and very informative, and an email quote was received the same day. The installers arrived when they said they would and worked carefully and cleanly, leaving our house tidy each evening. The work was completed ahead of the time quoted. I would definitely choose them again if I have further work that needs doing.

I used Gas Monster previously to replace a boiler and shower, and had no qualms about using them this time to refurbish my bathroom. An existing basin was removed and a replacement basin with unit was installed in a new position; a custom built airing cupboard in matching style was fabricated and installed; led downlights were fitted and also a dimmer switch and the room was decorated throughout. I was extremely pleased with the results. Also I was appreciative of the good-quality advice offered by Wayne initially, and the team carried out the work proficiently. They were clean and tidy in their work, polite and cheerful. Also I found the copy of the work schedule supplied really useful for knowing who would be working each day and when. An efficient team and I would highly recommend the company.

Had my underfloor heating system updated with wireless thermostats and a central control. The engineer arrived on time, worked with minimal fuss and cleaned up after him. Also gave me an overview of how to operate the new thermostats and control panel. Great customer service from him and the office, agreeing a work date and time of arrival.

rk? I had a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar CDI 34 installed with new gas pipes from meter. This also included 2 radiators. I had wanted 10 radiators but Gas Monster are a Premium company (like British Gas) and was outside my budget. As a premium company the actual job was handled very professionally. It starts with a survey by Wayne who is very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. The quote received is broken down by parts and labour, and all the parts listed were roughly what I could buy so it was sensible. Labour is expensive. When the work commences Wayne is back on site to talk it through with the installer. While talking through the pipe runs we could see that 2 extra radiators could be fitted for very little extra time. The fact that this was done made the whole experience worthwhile. The end result is that I am very happy I went with Gas Monster and I would use them again.

After the boiler in my rental property failed its annual gas safety inspection, I sought a number of quotations before settling with Gas Monster's. I contacted Gas Monster because I particularly wanted a Worcestershire-Bosch combi boiler from a local accredited installer with a ten year warranty. It is difficult to say what it was that led me to choose Gas Monster, as I neither met them beforehand nor felt the need to inspect the work once it was completed. However, I suppose it was a combination of the way in which they communicated with me, answered all my questions and the assurances provided by my letting agent that they were well thought of. My tenants have not made any unsatisfactory remarks about the installation despite having to wait for several weeks without heating before Gas Monster could offer an appointment to install the new boiler, which I take to be a positive sign. I expect to have an on-going annual boiler servicing and maintenance relationship with Gas Monster and would certainly use them again as well as recommend them to anyone else.
