Gas Monster replaced our conventional boiler/tank/cylinder with a combi boiler. Following my initial enquiry they visited to do a quote and then arranged for the work to be done - all within excellent time-frames. They were clear about the fact we would have no heating or hot water during the work. They started and finished exactly when expected and we are very happy with the end result. They also protected flooring in the house while they were there. They encountered one unexpected problem and talked me through both the problem and their suggested solution. All in all very happy with the service they provided.

Our shower had developed a leak, the location of which meant a significant amount of work and distribution would be required to fix it. Gas Monster suggested a much simpler and lower cost solution to the problem and the work was completed to a high standard.

very professional. Gas monsters know what they are doing and are the only people I trust with my boiler. They were very tidy, even though the work took 3 days, they kept all their belongings to one side. I wish they had told me before hand I would be without water or heating for 1 night, but overall I am very happy with the work and would use them again and recommend
