Hi my name is Nathan, and I run The Gas Pro Plumbing and Heating Company. We do all plumbing and central heating work but specialise in boilers. Our services include (repair, servicing & maintenance), central heating systems and everything boiling related.

Found Nathan and Sean on Which? and they lived up to their top rating, for installation of new Viessmann boiler. Arrived on time and immediately set to work. Quiet, polite and hard working. Finished by lunchtime and left it very very tidy. Clear explanation with all paperwork ready on completion. Arranged collection of old boiler within the hour. I highly recommend.

This was the second annual service of our central heating system which was fitted by GasPro. We had a prompt response to the request for service, and on the day Josh phoned to say he was on his way, with an estimated arrival time. The service itself was carried out speedily and efficiently. Nathan came to quote for a new boiler to replace our old one which had broken down. He was able to fit a new boiler 2 days later and provided a very efficient service. Nathan and Shaun arrived on time at my new home and cracked on with the job. They installed a Viessman Vitodens 100-W boiler, swapped in all new rad thermostats and fixed a couple of stuck rads. 12 year guarantee is good! The GasPro has been servicing heating for me for over a decade at my last house. Totally trustworthy and professional.

The team installed my new gas boiler one year ago. The whole process was very fast and smooth. Very good value for money for a top of the range boiler. Today they returned to do the first service. All went well - punctual, polite and efficient. They are always very responsive and have even solved a problem when I was out of the house abroad and had guests staying in the property. Excellent company!

Nathan and Sean installed our replacement boiler in a remarkably short time, and with a minimum of fuss. They also installed a new radiator, explained how to operate the new boiler, liaised with Wales and West Utilities to bring our gas supply pressure up to standard, arranged to return in two weeks to flush the cleaning substance out of the system and refill with Fernox protector, and left the site cleaner than when they came. Exemplary professionals.
