From the off, Nathan’s communication was brilliant. He was quick to respond and we got a date booked in quickly. Nathan gave us good, balanced advice on what we were doing and we actually ended up with a better solution than what we had been thinking previously. Work was completed on time and to a high standard, and they left the house clean and tidy. I will definitely be calling Nathan about any future work.

I had a boiler replacement from the company. From the word go I have had very clear communication from Nathan responsive and interactive. The quote process was good- appraised the pipes etc and gave recommendation for boiler that would work in our situation; no hidden costs. The installation was fast , efficient and the installers, Sean and co were excellent ; fitted the boiler and drain pipe as I asked and actually resolved legacy issues with water exhaust that have accumulated. Put water exhaust into my sink drain for no extra charge and actually helped sort a leak there in process . The Veissman boiler itself is great. I have all certificates by the time they left electronically. Very satisfied wit the work done and the post service communication. They offered a call back to make sure system cleaned out and protected as standard.

I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler that had packed in. Nathan and his colleague came within 5 working days of my original call. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily, using dust sheets to keep my house clean and taking rubbish with them ( I recycled the cardboard from the new boiler). The new boiler works great, it’s quieter and the central heating is noticeably warmer. A great job by Nathan, I would recommend this company.

Nathan and Shaun did a fantastic job and I would thoroughly recommend them. The whole experience from initial discussions, getting the quote to having the boiler fitted was done in a quick and professional manner. My boiler broke on a Friday, Nathan was recommended by another gas engineer and soon got in touch to discuss options, budgets and availability. Nathan and Shaun arrived promptly on Monday morning and installed the new boiler quickly and efficiently, they were done by midday. I had a new boiler installed and Nathan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. When my old boiler broke I didn't have any hot water so he arranged for someone to fix my old boiler temporarily until he could come round to fit my new boiler. He made sure I understood the smart thermostat and how to use the app. Both he and Shaun were courteous, communicative and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

The team installed my new gas boiler one year ago. The whole process was very fast and smooth. Very good value for money for a top of the range boiler. Today they returned to do the first service. All went well - punctual, polite and efficient. They are always very responsive and have even solved a problem when I was out of the house abroad and had guests staying in the property. Excellent company!

Nathan and Sean installed our replacement boiler in a remarkably short time, and with a minimum of fuss. They also installed a new radiator, explained how to operate the new boiler, liaised with Wales and West Utilities to bring our gas supply pressure up to standard, arranged to return in two weeks to flush the cleaning substance out of the system and refill with Fernox protector, and left the site cleaner than when they came. Exemplary professionals.
