Hi my name is Nathan, and I run The Gas Pro Plumbing and Heating Company. We do all plumbing and central heating work but specialise in boilers. Our services include (repair, servicing & maintenance), central heating systems and everything boiling related.

Am very impressed with the service we've had from Nathan and his colleagues. He quoted promptly and advised on options for updating some related pipework. When we booked the team in for the work, they got things done efficiently and left the house as neat and tidy as they found it. Communication was clear and friendly throughout - I was away on the day of completion and Nathan sent over photos of all the work before counting it as complete. Overall, I'm looking forward to calling on them in the future for servicing and other home improvements.

The boiler was faulty and within a few days I had a reasonable quote to replace the boiler. The following week the boiler was replaced in a day. Excellent price, excellent workmanship with everything tidied and taken away as required. Thoroughly recommended as a trusted supplier.

Gas Pro, from the very first phone call was extremely approachable and professional. We had an emergency boiler replacement needed which was address on the next day (on 29th December!). The work was done promptly, guys arrive on site early and worked the whole day to get this job done and get our house warm again. My wife and I highly recommend them to any one with plumbing needs.

Had a brilliant experience with Nathan, Shaun and Darren. Called about a leak and had someone at the property less than 20 mins later. Have very fair advice and I decided to get a new boiler installed, which was done two weeks later to a very high standard, they packed all the rubbish up for me and took me through how the system worked (difficult I’m sure as I’m clueless) but couldn’t fault their professionalism or service. Will be my go to for everything in future!

I contacted Nathan to provide a quote to replace our boiler with a combi boiler. He visited that same week and provided a quote the same evening. The work was completed less than two weeks later and we are so pleased with the end result. Nathan and Sean were friendly, tidy, polite and completed the job in less time than expected. They showed me how to use the thermostat and app on my phone, and took the old tanks and boiler away. We will definitely be using The Gas Pro again. Thank you!

Nathan was quick to respond to my request, and came the next day to inspect boiler and set up. He did a thorough inspection and identified all the areas that needed attention (aside from the crappy boiler) and talked me through the issues and solutions. All questions were answered promptly and work booked in quickly. Excellent and professional service on the day, and expect follow up visit to complete cleaning of the system to be the same
