Hi my name is Nathan, and I run The Gas Pro Plumbing and Heating Company. We do all plumbing and central heating work but specialise in boilers. Our services include (repair, servicing & maintenance), central heating systems and everything boiling related.

Nathan arrived earlier than agreed, assessed our job and did a lovely job servicing the boiler, fixing a flue bracket and providing advice on how to make a service easier in the future. Very clean, precise and helpful, he kept us informed of the extras and how much they would cost, but showed why they were necessary. Very pleased with his work.

I found Nathan through Which Trusted Trader and he was very quick to respond and arrange a time for the boiler service. Arrived on time, quick and quality boiler service as well as friendly chat. Nathan even bled all the radiators as part of the service. Very happy and will use again!

The Gas Pro (Nathan) responded very quickly to my emergency call. He came to our house within 24 hours, he told me what the problem was and he gave me very clear options. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained the new gas boiler to me very clearly. The job took less time than he thought so he reduced the price accordingly

Quote was quick from first contact to arranging a date to come by, we had to wait a bit but it was definitely worth it. They explained everything that was happening in detail and cleaned up after themselves as they went. I never thought I'd be so happy to have a new boiler but they were really nice and polite. Very easy to make coffee for as one drinks water and the other takes it "however you make it". Will definitely be in touch if we need anything else!

Nathan helped in diagnosing an old faulty boiler before coming to fit a new one with his colleague Shaun. They arrived early and on time and got the job done swiftly, taking about half a day in total, with all the work being completed to a high standard with minimal mess and disruption. Nathan and team were really helpful in finding the original fault and diagnosing. He then went through the options of repair which could have been endless, but as the boiler was 15 years old it was best to replace. Very prompt, reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend!

A month without heating and hot water after being messed about by another boiler repair company, I decided to bite the bullet and replace my old conventional heating system with a new combi system. After a bit of research, I found The Gas Pro. These guys were very prompt and worked solidly to make sure they had the new system up and running before a particularly cold night. Great workmanship, very efficient, clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Called Nathan when having trouble with hot water not coming through shower head and bath taps consistently. Nathan came round the next day and spent a good 45 mins getting stuck into my boiler before presenting me with a range of options to proceed with. In our case we chose to replace the boiler and get a new one fitted. Nathan was able to book us in for the following week and completed the job with minimal fuss or mess. He stayed to ensure everything was working and also that our new boiler was successfully connected to our hive account. I would highly recommend Nathan for anyone with any boiler issues. He’s honest, helpful, tidy and doesn’t push you into making any costly decisions.
