Nathan clearly explained our options when it came to replacing our old boiler, happily answering any questions raised and helping us to decide on the best option for us. Once agreed, a date was promptly booked in and the new boiler was installed over the course of a morning before we knew it! We're really happy with how quick the whole process was, the quality of the work carried out, the friendliness of the small team of workmen, and the fact they left the place spotless and as they found it. Nathan and Sean did an excellent job from start to finish during the installation of my new combi boiler. They turned up promptly first thing and worked diligently until the work was complete mid-afternoon. This included running new pipes into my loft and back down into my bathroom, where they decommissioned my old electric shower and installed a new one to run off the boiler. My boiler is in the kitchen, and Nathan's communication leading up to the boiler installation was excellent and helped to identify a better way to route the various pipes leading up to the boiler, which would improve the usability of the new kitchen. A great job done by Nathan and his team at Gaspro from the initial visit to try and fix the old boiler (a temporary fix was done but the boiler was 17+ years old) to replacing with a new one. They turned up on time, carried out the work quickly and professionally both for the boiler replacement, fitting new TRVs and fitting the Tado wireless thermostat and smart TRVs. The whole system was set-up and working before Nathan left despite one particularly troublesome radiator.

Nathan and his team were brilliant, I had managed to damage a gas pipe at a customers property and they came out and got the heating back up and running within a few hours. Due to other problems with the pipe they also had to reroute the gas hob which was again done quickly and reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend and will use again.

After shopping around and getting a few quotes for a fairly big job of replacing our boiler, installing a new horizontal unvented tank in our loft, rearranging pipes, upgrading our radiator fittings, and a few other jobs it was clear that Nathan was the man for the job! Nathan was extremely quick to my call out. Nathan and Shaun fitted a new boiler in half a day, fitted the job in really quick and there was very little inconvenience or mess. The prices are reasonable. I thoroughly recommend The Gas Pro.

Nathan and team were really helpful in finding the original fault and diagnosing. He then went through the options of repair which could have been endless, but as the boiler was 15 years old it was best to replace. Very prompt, reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend!

A month without heating and hot water after being messed about by another boiler repair company, I decided to bite the bullet and replace my old conventional heating system with a new combi system. Called Nathan when having trouble with hot water not coming through shower head and bath taps consistently. Nathan came round the next day and spent a good 45 mins getting stuck into my boiler before presenting me with a range of options to proceed with.
