Hi my name is Nathan, and I run The Gas Pro Plumbing and Heating Company. We do all plumbing and central heating work but specialise in boilers. Our services include (repair, servicing & maintenance), central heating systems and everything boiling related.

Excellent service all round. Called out for boiler fault - found to be beyond repair - arranged complete new boiler installation including new flue and pipework all within 3 days of call out - no call out fee. Very efficient clean and polite service. All scrap materials removed immediately. First year service arranged at half price. Explained operation and new controls. Excellent pricing. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend without hesitation.

A great job done by Nathan and his team at Gaspro from the initial visit to try and fix the old boiler (a temporary fix was done but the boiler was 17+ years old) to replacing with a new one. They turned up on time, carried out the work quickly and professionally both for the boiler replacement, fitting new TRVs and fitting the Tado wireless thermostat and smart TRVs. The whole system was set-up and working before Nathan left despite one particularly troublesome radiator.

Darren replaced a negative head shower pump and serviced our boiler this afternoon. He is a welcome sight when I have plumbing and heating issues. He completed the work efficiently, checked his work and its impacts thoroughly and gave me helpful advice of what to look out for now. Nathan was absolutely brilliant; was able to give us a price on-site visit (within a couple of days of the initial phone call!) and get the work completed a couple of weeks later just before Christmas! We are so grateful that Nathan answered the phone on New Year’s Day when our old boiler broke! He was helpful and friendly, able to source and install a new boiler quickly. Excellent! Replaced and moved our boiler. They made sure it was in the correct place for our new kitchen cupboards to fit around. Very tidy, removed all the rubbish including some extra bits! Polite and arrived on time. We are very pleased and would recommend.

Darren came and thoroughly checked our boiler, cooker, meter box and disconnected gas fire. The boiler in particular was checked for its operating efficiency, and though safe, he did recommend a full service to maximise its efficiency and to ensure that breakdowns were less likely. Darren is very personable and was able to clearly explain the actions he was performing. I must recommend this company very highly

Quality, on-time, efficient, tidy and very good communication. Nathan and Sean installed a new boiler for me last week and I was very pleased with their service (and with Darren's the week before disconnecting a gas hob supply). My boiler is in the kitchen, and Nathan's communication leading up to the boiler installation was excellent and helped to identify a better way to route the various pipes leading up to the boiler, which would improve the usability of the new kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Nathan and Sean did an excellent job from start to finish during the installation of my new combi boiler. They turned up promptly first thing and worked diligently until the work was complete mid-afternoon. This included running new pipes into my loft and back down into my bathroom, where they decommissioned my old electric shower and installed a new one to run off the boiler. Before the job, Nathan came to my house and answered all of my questions, plus made suggestions before quoting for the work. Overall, I could not be happier with the service I have received. I thoroughly recommend Gas Pro Plumbing Ltd.
