Performed efficiently. Repair man was very helpful and trustworthy. The boiler was newly installed last year. The engineer noted a problem with the installation. He explained it clearly but did not try to get us to pay him to do the work, but rather suggested we contact the installer to come back.

They moved a gas meter for me a couple of years ago which was quite complex and involved co-ordination with SGN and EDF. Did a great job. And have recently checked boiler problem - again excellent service. Highly recommended

Gas Safe carried out a annual service on the boiler (which they originally installed). Arranging the appointment was straightforward. The engineer arrived at the appointed time and carried out the work expeditiously to the usual high standard. He was polite, personable and efficient; and took care to explain to me what he was doing. He is a great asset to what I consider to be an excellent company whose work I highly recommend.

Gas Safe fitted a new boiler a couple of years ago. They were very helpful recommending their view of the best brand. The boiler changeover was completed efficiently and with no snags. They have serviced the boiler annually (necessary to maintain 10 year warranty) ever since. All engineers have been polite and efficient. I receive an annual reminder of when the service is due. Payment used to be by invoice in arrears. They now request payment upfront. They accept payment by card over the phone. Booking an appointment and paying at the same time for the annual service means everything is done with one contact which is more efficient on both sides.

My boiler broke. This is not good, really not good. I've used Gas Safe before so called them first and half expected to have to call others. But instead, they took £100 payment (I've had worse) and were in my house a little over four hours later. They fixed the issue, chatted to me about future options and left the place tidy. Fantastic.

I've used Gas Safe for the last three years to give my boiler my annual service. They'll often send me a reminder that it's due and as my boiler is really old, I always think it's worth it. Booking an appointment was easy, the workman arrived within the allotted time slot and just got on with it quietly and efficiently which is all I can ask for! Would recommend!

Pilot light would not stay on. Found Gas Safe on Which? website and arranged a convenient appointment. Helpfully the hourly rates are on the Gas Safe website. Engineer identified that the thermocouple needed replacing and this was completed with no issues.

From the free consultation to the work being carried out the team at Gas Safe were great. They power flushed my heating system and replaced 4 rads plus fitted 2 new ones in areas of the flat that needed it. They were all polite, clean and did a great job. I will use them again for sure plus reasonable costs to.

Your engineer arrived on time and did a thorough job flushing out the system. He also recommended that I need to replace the pump as it doesn't seem to be very efficient. My only criticism is that after your engineer left I noticed that the radiators were very hot. Upon investigation I noticed that he had left the boiler thermostat set at maximum which I then turned down to the original setting.

Our boiler sprang a leak on Wednesday and the engineer attended about 90 mins after we called them. Parts needed and were ordered and fitted today, Friday. Friendly engineer/service and all for what I think is a reasonable cost. Cannot fault them.

The boiler broke, I emailed at night and first thing in the morning I received an email reply back and a phone call to pop in a couple of hours later. Invoice and quote for the requested job was received in the same afternoon. Very reliable service
