I have always been sceptical about monthly boiler cover plans but with Gasco I cannot fault the teams professionalism from communication to carrying out the required work / checks. I have just had to have new boiler fitted, the quote was provided in a timely manner and a choice of cost. It was fitted quickly and within a day even though it is in an awkward place and all rubbish was taken away. A very satisfied customer.

Gasco - excellent company to deal with. From when Ian arrived, on time, to do the quote for a new boiler, to when the two engineers arrived to carry out the work, until they left three days later. They were hard working, considerate and very tidy workers. They cleaned up at the end of each day and when they left, all was tidy and all rubbish removed. Communication was excellent and agreed dates for the work adhered to. I would highly recommend Gasco.

The two engineers who came to install our new boiler yesterday were absolutely brilliant! They were polite and respectful throughout their time with us. They were knowledgeable and shared important information about our boiler with us. They got the work done with no bother to us at all and I would have no doubt in recommending GasCo to anybody! We have been using Gasco for all our heating requirements for over 30 years and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Mike the engineer was professional, friendly and polite. All the personnel we’ve dealt over the years with have always been the same. The work was carried out to a high standard & Mike left everything clean and tidy. Long may they continue, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and frequently do when asked who we use.

Service Engineer visited twice. First on 12th April for routine service and second on 6th June to correct a setting fault which he identified on the first service visit. Both visits carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. Very satisfied with the support provided.

My boiler has just had its first annual service from Gasco following their installation of it last year. Once again I cannot fault the service provided - the engineer notified me 30 minutes before his arrival, he was friendly, professional and respectful of my property, taking time to summarize his findings before leaving. Since engaging Gasco last May I have had nothing but excellent service from the office staff to the engineers involved and I would have no hesitation in recommending this local company.
