Excellent!! Would highly recommend GCD Security. They provide a personal, caring and professional service. They surveyed my house and provided the quote quickly. They installed the alarm on the date and time they stated. On arrival they confirmed all the locations for security prior to doing the work and worked quietly and considerately all day. They were very tidy throughout. They were extremely patient explaining how the alarm system worked which was very reassuring. They also suggested some additional steps I could do to improve my security which were very helpful. I had a safe installed and this went very smoothly too. I now feel safer in my home and feel that my property is secure. Thank you.

I have used GCD at my previous house and all my family use them. I wouldn't choose anyone else. The locksmith replaced the Yale-type top lock and bottom mortice lock on the day and at the time booked. He was friendly, helpful and competent. When adjusting the fit of the door, he identified that the door hinges needed replacing. He made the 1.5 mile trip to 'base', returned, and duly replaced the job. An excellent job was done and very good value for money.

Very prompt response/quote to our initial request. Following the on-site survey, a very clear quotation was provided. Quick and flexible arrangements for installation. The installation engineer (Matthew) arrived on time and installed the system to an excellent standard. Matthew ensured that we understood and were happy with all the installation decisions to be made. Excellent operation guidance instructions were provided.

I needed a company to replace the one I had used for 20+ years but with whom I was no longer satisfied. GCD did the survey in a professional manner, decommissioned the existing system and installed the new one. The engineer, Ben, was personable and thorough and gave us a good briefing on the use of the new system. As it has only been in a day we have yet to use it 'in anger' but have no doubt that GCD will be responsive if we have any issues.

Having recently been ripped off when I had a problem with my back door by a company I found on the internet, I decided to use a local firm when I had a problem with the front door. Knowing of GCD in the town I rang up first thing Monday morning. They arranged a call that morning and Ben sorted out the problem within 30 minutes The charge was £78 compared to £310 on the previous occasion. Very professional and tidy. Would certainly recommend this local company.
