I found Geeks on Wheels through Which?, where they are a Which? Recommended Provider. They stood out because they had the highest number of reviews and some of the highest ratings, which gave me confidence in choosing them. I travelled from South East London to their North London office and was pleased to find it conveniently located right next to the Underground station exit, making it very easy to find. From the outset, Adam and Folco were friendly, professional, and helpful. My laptop was not powering up, so I left it with them for diagnosis. Throughout the process, they kept me regularly updated by telephone and email, and were always responsive whenever I had questions. Unfortunately, the laptop turned out to be beyond repair, which confirmed what another repair shop had previously told me. Rather than simply delivering bad news, they clearly explained the available options and helped me decide on the best course of action. I chose to have my data transferred to a USB stick, which was carried out smoothly. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The team was professional, communicative, and customer-focused throughout. I would happily recommend Geeks on Wheels to others and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Anthony and the team at Geeks were incredible. I somehow managed to delete most of my files from my laptop and they patiently and kindly supported me through what was a stressful situation for me. I contacted this company for advice before buying the new desktop, asked them to visit on site to tidy up my old desktop before transferring the data to the new one, and contacted them again afterwards with a couple of follow-up questions. Both Anthony over the phone and Adam on site have been so patient and explained everything in layman's language. What could have been a terrifying ordeal for someone who is not computer literate, turned out to be a very pleasant experience as I was put at ease from the very beginning and felt that the job would be done perfectly, which it was. If you have any doubts or problems with any technical issues, this is the company to contact.

I have used Geeks on Wheels a number of times now and can't recommend them highly enough. They really are the go-to people for any issues and problems with laptops, computers, etc., and provide a high-quality service. I have now used them a couple of times to transfer data from an old laptop that is no longer working to a new laptop, and both jobs have been completed to the highest standard and in a short space of time. I am not at all technical, and they are very clear and very patient each time I have used them. All of the staff are really kind and helpful, in particular Folco and Jaimin - nothing is too much trouble for them. They also offer excellent value for money.

I had used Geeks many many years ago when they visited me at home. I have a laptop that is now quite old where the battery needed to be replaced. The keyboard was not working but it was not clear if this was a physical issue. I rang / texted and they were very helpful explaining that delays might arise with spares being delivered (and so necessitating two home visits) and that all necessary tools for the repair might not be with the visiting engineer. They therefore helped me with the ordering of the necessary parts (one of which not needed and I was able to return and get a refund). Although it was a schlep of an hour each way on the Tube they fixed everything so there was minimum downtime (which was important to me - business meant I could not be "offline" for any longer than neccessary. The "shop" is part of the Tube station with the door being 5metres from the station exit. One always wanders whether a repair is worth it for a 7 year old laptop but Geeks were perfectly happy to advise that for usage I have it will be fine for many years. Outcome: all fixed for about £200 inclusive of labour / parts and laptop is up and running perfectly. Highly recommend "Geeks" as a trusted trader

Geeks on Wheels came to our rescue when our PC failed to load and we had no backup of some important documents. They successfully recovered all the data and put it on a new portable hard drive, took out the old one and explained that this would act as a second back-up. The work was done very quickly within two days and it is really useful that they are open on a Saturday. Located very near an underground station is a real plus also. They are very responsive and helpful and reassuring on the phone and if they can't recover the data just charge an admin fee. Great service - will use again!

Sayed solved two problems for me - one relatively easy, the other intractable that had been bugging me for a long time - the inability to transfer my photos from phone to computer; Sayed unblocked this after trying various strategies - patient, persistent, successful. Thank you

I called Geeks on Wheels as I had accidentally deleted my entire inbox with over 2,000 emails in it. Sayed picked up my call and was extremely efficient, kind, knowledgeable and skilled. He also waited until all my emails had been restored before ending the call which I was extremely grateful for. The service I received from Geeks on Wheels was of the highest quality and Sayed went above and beyond. Miles came this morning. He fixed our Wi-Fi, TV and digital radio. All was done swiftly, efficiently and with patient explanations. We learned a thing or two. It was delightful to have Miles here as he didn't make us feel like idiots even though we are not wiz kids in Tec. We are grateful.
