Geeks on Wheels is an Award Winning On-Site and Remote IT Support and Computer Repair Company. We have a fleet of mobile Technicians servicing the London and Sussex areas and provide UK-Wide Remote IT support from our North London office.

I had used Geeks many many years ago when they visited me at home. I have a laptop that is now quite old where the battery needed to be replaced. The keyboard was not working but it was not clear if this was a physical issue. I rang / texted and they were very helpful explaining that delays might arise with spares being delivered (and so necessitating two home visits) and that all necessary tools for the repair might not be with the visiting engineer. They therefore helped me with the ordering of the necessary parts (one of which not needed and I was able to return and get a refund). Although it was a schlep of an hour each way on the Tube they fixed everything so there was minimum downtime (which was important to me - business meant I could not be "offline" for any longer than neccessary. The "shop" is part of the Tube station with the door being 5metres from the station exit. One always wanders whether a repair is worth it for a 7 year old laptop but Geeks were perfectly happy to advise that for usage I have it will be fine for many years. Outcome: all fixed for about £200 inclusive of labour / parts and laptop is up and running perfectly. Highly recommend "Geeks" as a trusted trader

Geeks on Wheels came to our rescue when our PC failed to load and we had no backup of some important documents. They successfully recovered all the data and put it on a new portable hard drive, took out the old one and explained that this would act as a second back-up. The work was done very quickly within two days and it is really useful that they are open on a Saturday. Located very near an underground station is a real plus also. They are very responsive and helpful and reassuring on the phone and if they can't recover the data just charge an admin fee. Great service - will use again!

I called Geeks on Wheels as I had accidentally deleted my entire inbox with over 2,000 emails in it. Sayed picked up my call and was extremely efficient, kind, knowledgeable and skilled. He also waited until all my emails had been restored before ending the call which I was extremely grateful for. The service I received from Geeks on Wheels was of the highest quality and Sayed went above and beyond. I have used Geeks on Wheels many times in the past through booking a 30 minute remote session with them and I have always received the same outstanding service and would like to thank Geeks on Wheels for their invaluable help and their generosity . Nothing is too much for them and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Miles came this morning. He fixed our Wi-Fi, TV and digital radio. All was done swiftly, efficiently and with patient explanations. We learned a thing or two. It was delightful to have Miles here as he didn't make us feel like idiots even though we are not wiz kids in Tec. We are grateful.

Whilst working and browsing on my laptop, I received a pop-up accompanied by loud voiceover saying that my computer locked as my IP address been accessed without authorisation and my data was no compromised. It was a scam. And I panicked! But thanks to the swift help from Sahid (and his reassurances that there was no issue and both my data and computer were safe), it was panic over. The job was done at no cost as it was a simple fix and was completed in mere minutes. However the value of the peace of mind and dealing with my panic, was priceless. I can’t thank them enough for restoring my sanity and my computer safety.

Geeks on Wheels have been our firm's main IT support provider for the past 8 years. Without exception, whenever we have required support they have been there for us. Even more impressive, when we have an urgent outage, they seem to always find time for us - it's very impressive. Clearly the interview process is rigorous as every one of their team have a broad knowledge of every aspect of IT support; they are all polite, user friendly and professional. I would recommend GoW to anyone especially small and midsize operations.

I turned to Geeks (and Folco) in desperation when the work computer (that I was taking over as my own) packed up out of the blue and the IT department at my institution gave up the ghost. Being somewhat computer illiterate, I had failed to back up some very important files and contacted Folco at Geeks on Wheels as a last resort. However, true to their reputation on the Which? site they came up trumps, not only in rescuing the files but in helping me out along the way, answering all my ignorant questions with good grace and informing me at every step. My experience was first-class. They deserve their reputation. My only complaint is that they don't have an office in the north-west that I can use as and when!

Great support, generous and valuable
My partner took our laptop to the Totteridge office as we couldn't start it. It seemed that the start key was 'stuck'. Falco, fixed it in no time. and didn't even charge! Many thanks.

Folco, a senior technician from Geeks on Wheels was absolutely fantastic. The call started on time and he explained everything I didn't understand to me clearly and in simple terms which I understood. Folco took control of my laptop and showed me where to find files which had been saved in OneDrive as I have not used OneDrive before. He also stopped adverts from popping up incessantly on my laptop. He was sensitive, patient, kind and very knowledgeable so I can't recommend Geeks on Wheels enough for a remote IT session regarding any queries you might have. He couldn't do enough for me and the hour session I had booked with Folco was worth every penny. Thank you Folco.
