The visit I had on 29th December was not the first time that I needed the help of Geeks On Wheels. My first impression of them the last time was fully backed up on this visit when my computer had again given me problems. Apart from keeping within a promised time-slot, the service I received was totally efficient due to the fact that GoW's technicians are knowledgeable and understanding of what can make computers work - and occasionally misbehave! Added to this, they are also understanding of customers and where problems can go wrong and politely give good advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Their pricing is totally fair as is their attitude to the customers. I will definitely use them again when/if needed and I will happily recommend them to others.

William from Geeks on Wheels provided an excellent service. He resolved the issues I was experiencing with my browsers and provided me, a confirmed technophobe, with helpful guidance on how to manage my computer. Further, he ensured that I was happy with the amendments he had made and was aware of available aftercare from Geeks if the need should arise. William's efficiency, helpfulness and pleasant manner while working on my computer ensured that a potentially fraught meeting was a positive one.

I have asked Geeks on Wheels to check my PC every year for the last 10 years or so. Although disappointed that Jon had left the fold, I was delighted that Csaba Ambrus was able to pick up the mantle and quickly identify software that was compromising my hard drive. I am hoping that the malwarebytes, crystaldisk info and CCleaner will keep me and my business up and running for the next year or so. Clearing out programs and programming in daily back-up was essential, all achieved. Reassurance that my security was sufficient was also a bonus. I really appreciated the time and expertise that Csaba gave me. My only feedback would be on the booking form to notify the customer [ME!] what program software would be used to share the PC in advance. It would have saved 10 minutes of misunderstanding and confusion.

Geeks on Wheels have always tried their level best to provide me with prompt appointments when they are needed. Their technicians deal with your IT problems as if they were there own! They attend on time, are well organised, extremely courteous and get the job done. Their costs are reasonable and always advise on the quickest, cheapest way out of a problem. It is a pleasure to know them.

This is the third time I've used Geeks on Wheels to sort out a computer problem, and again the service was first rate. Csaba, their IT technician, dealt with a possible virus problem quickly and efficiently, installed some useful software and gave me clear and helpful advice about some printer issues. The office responded promptly to my request to book a visit and kept me fully informed of arrival timings. A pleasant, professional and reasonably priced service which I can thoroughly recommend.

Csaba arrived on time, quickly identified and fixed the problem with my laptop. He also took the time to answer my questions. I'm a bit of a technophobe but Csaba explained everything very clearly. Will definitely use again.

I needed help to eliminate possible reasons for bad wifi connection to the laptop in the same room as the router but not elsewhere. There was no definitive answer to this, but Geeks guy pretty much nailed it to the router and gave me lots of information about the nature of wifi connections generally which was very helpful and has prompted me to change the router. I have used this firm before and they would be my first port of call for any laptop issues.

We were losing our mind trying to resolve various teething problems around the set up of a new computer for my 88 year old father. Person who came from Geeks on Wheels listened to our problems, made us feel that no question was too stupid, and very quickly sorted every thing out. He had a very customer friendly attitude. Well worth the money!

I am an oldie! and not very tech-savvy. I wanted to donate some items to a charity but first had to wipe off all my personal information etc. I couldn't do this. I took the items into the Totteridge branch, the two guys were so helpful, friendly and sorted out what I wanted quickly, professionally and with a smile. Eternally grateful to them both. I called Geeks on Wheels and was given excellent advice and service from them and Csaba in particular. They came to my home for the initial consultation, which is at a reasonable price, and made various suggestions as to solutions. When agreeing on which option to take they were flexible and helpful and one always felt that they were trying to get it right, above everything else, rather than trying to just move on to the next client. Very trustworthy and one of the best experiences I've had when calling a company after an internet search.

We have used Geeks on Wheels for a number of years, and have always found them polite, helpful and prompt - vital when you are dealing with computer problems. While not technophobic, I am not an obsessive computer user, and I am broadly unfamiliar with even the simplest technical terms. I have found the Geeks staff unfailingly polite, patient and helpful. Our most recent experience was 10-08-2021. I phoned at 10:57, with a virus problem, a same-day appointment was arranged for 15:00. At 14:59 the technician arrived, and left just under an hour later with everything fixed, and an additional technical problem on my wife's laptop also dealt with. This latest example is entirely consistent with the level of service we have experienced over the years. I genuinely cannot recommend the Geeks too highly. And lest you think, as I tend to, that a review which sounds too good to be true probably is, I can assure you, as a retired minister of religion, that I am giving you my honest opinion.

As a useless digital person, I found Geeks on Wheels SO helpful. They came, identified the problem on more than one device offered solutions. I took their advice and now have a new laptop bought and installed by a very pleasant guy. Very patient and able to communicate well with a computer illiterate. Generous with advice and responded immediately to an email on a question I’d forgotten to ask. No doubt we will need them again and just happy to have found them

Geeks were just what I needed to sort out my computer, they rapidly identified the issue, and tried to rectify it online, but when that proved to be impossible arranged a home visit and sorted it out quickly. No jargon but just quick helpful service, on budget and just as needed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had received a message that my Excel acc was suspended. I wasn't sure if it was a scam or what to do about it (I'm not too computer savvy). I called geeks because they had advised me, some months ago on a new laptop when I destroyed the screen of mine. They also transferred all the data from my old to my new laptop. Their operative was very supportive and understood my level of competence. He talked me through everything he was doing and resolved the issue quickly. He also did some "tidying up" of my laptop and explained how I could use Onedrive. Since he needs remote access to my computer I had to feel confident in him. I would definitely recommend their service and security protocol.

Was having difficulty with Wi-Fi. As I did not trust myself to attempt to "fix" it as I am certain I would have done more damage than good I contacted Geeks on Wheels. They were able to arrange a technician to visit in a matter of days. The technician was not only very knowledgeable but was willing and interested in trying to get me to understand. It was (and remains) clear to me that this technician was interested in helping me with the situation rather than sell me more expensive equipment. It is a great relief that this problem was not only resolved but I have found the right organisation for all my technology queries/works etc... going forward. I found the charges to be very reasonable. I unquestionably would recommend them to any of my friends/family. I would say the best service I have ever received from any third party.

I was really pleased with the work that was done. The gentleman who called explained everything to me (I am 79 years old and not really computer savvy). The laptop had to be taken away and sorted out. This was done quickly and efficiently and all the programmes I required were put back and are now working. I recommend Geeks on Wheels to sort out your problems.

My Apple computer hadn't worked properly since new - Apple didn't care - Geeks sorted it out over a weekend as I really need it constantly for my work. The cost given the improvement in my desktop was very reasonable.

I have used the Geeks a number of times over the years and each time I have been completely satisfied with the service: expert, helpful, friendly and punctual. The most recent call-out was to provide me with a new laptop, including transferring the data from the old one. This turned into a special, involving two visits, as I had unwittingly created two problems: an unexpectedly large quantity of data, and a large number of files with overlong titles. No problem: they took the old computer back to headquarters where they transferred all the data they could onto a different new machine with a larger capacity. The files with over-long titles which wouldn’t transfer they placed in a separate attachment which I can easily access as I work. I, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending the Geeks for the more than excellent service they provide.

Having had a stressful few weeks with IT issues at home, from where I am also trying to work, I was feeling the need to identify an IT company who could assist. I Googled and came up with Geeks on Wheels. They were fairly local, seemed to be offering the right sort of service and the feedback looked promising, but it was a bit of a gamble as I did not have a personal recommendation. Booking over the phone was easy, the technician who came, Csaba, was kind and helpful, did not rush me and was not pushy. He ended up taking my Mac away and fitting a new hard drive. The computer was returned two days later in pristine condition. He also advised that my extenders needed renewing. This morning (one week later) I had some minor issues with a new printer which were resolved within less than one hour from when I called, in an online session, with a different engineer who was equally good. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend to others. I feel reassured that I have now identified a company who I can call on in the future to help me with home IT issues.

The work was carried out as per their quote on a schedule agreed and within that time. Staff were excellent, taking away the old one and transferring all data to the new one and installing the new one in my home.

Geeks on Wheels carried out a major upgrade (new SSD and more memory) on my elderly iMac. The results are spectacular, much better than I had hoped. Csaba and the team were pleasant and helpful and the work was carried out on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

Once again, a successful Geeks on Wheels visit, swiftly installing a replacement iMac after perfect data/app transfer from the old obsolete one, and resolving a seemingly intractable problem of connecting it with my main data PC on the network. And also installation of the amazing Ubiquiti WiFi solution. Csaba did a great job. COVID safe protection and behaviour rigorously adhered to. Communication, service, support, and follow-up are immaculate.

After years of problems with the wifi coverage in our terrace house, we got Geeks on Wheels to come and look at it. Csaba quickly and efficiently identified the problem - or the challenge - and set out various solutions with their pros and cons - and prices. We opted for his suggestion of a 'mesh' system which he was able to install at once. It has proved a great success. The service was prompt, courteous and impressive.
