Gary was highly recommended to me by a friend and she was absolutely right! He is totally professional, nothing too much trouble does an excellent job and not over priced. He gives his professional advice to avoid unnecessary cost. Arrives on time, polite and remembers you from his last visit over a year ago...the personal touch! Excellent in response to my phone call. Prompt visit to assess my property and supply a recommendation. Highly competitive quote received in the evening of the same day as his visit. Supplied a written online quote with simple online method of acceptance. Swift arrangement of fitting within 2 days of quote and arrived when promised. Job fully completed within one day. Gary and his apprentice were polite and well mannered and ensured that all areas were kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Following installation we were given precise instructions on operation of the boiler, timing and thermostat controls. They checked that all radiators were fully functioning before leaving. Will gladly recommend Gary to anyone wishing for work to be carried out on their premises. We will also be arranging for GLM Gas & Heating to carry out annual servicing of all of our appliances. Very, very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

Gary was brilliant - he was able to accommodate an urgent issue and although a previous job pushed the times back a bit he was reliable with communication and still came to fix the issue on a Friday evening. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Excellent service and quality work. Came round in a timely manner to look in to and fix an issue that had left us with no heating or hot water. Advised on possible issues with the boiler, then returned to complete a full and thorough service.

I was recommended GLM Plumbing by a friend. I needed pipes moving and refitted against a wall, a new sink fitted and radiator for my kitchen. I can honestly say that the fitters were brilliant. Gary was extremely polite discussed with me what I needed and explained what he would be doing. Sent me an email with the price to do the work and when the job was completed I received the invoice with no added extras to pay. Very tidy and I would definitely use then again.

I contacted Gary to replace and move my existing boiler from the middle of the house to the utility room. His workmanship was very professional and the pipework was neat and tidy. He removed the old flue and sorted the roof out. All of the rubbish was removed, and the house left clean and tidy, definitely recommended.

After my old boiler decided to give up, I looked for someone to help and Gary came with great reviews. Which he didn't fail to live up to! I liked the fact you could use whatsapp to message him, I found it convenient. I had a feeling my boiler was old, but didn't have much information on it, as it was already here when I moved in. Gary came to the rescue! the whole process was easy and straight forward. He came to look and explained everything to me, I could of fixed the issue at hand, but as i'd already thought there was no point with it being so old. So Gary went through options of new boilers and the best one for me. He was down to earth, polite, friendly, dressed smart, punctual, explained it all to me really easily and kept me up to date as well. He was realistic with times of when he could come, with other jobs he had on as well. So I went ahead and had a new boiler installed and I can't fault him on how hard working, efficient, and diligent he was. Gary and his apprentice came on time, were respectful, professional and kept me informed. As the property was renovated and someone had built the cupboard around the boiler, he had a bit of a challenge to get the old one out, which he achieved with no issues caused to the cupboard. Once finished he tidied up after himself and explained how it all worked and how to use the easycontrol app. Honestly my home has never felt so warm, even when the old one worked! Everyone needs Gary for their boilers and heating, he's the best!!

We contacted Gary after using the internet to search for a Worcester Bosch recommended company. He had great reviews and was easily contactable, we used his facebook page. We had a problem with our Greenstar 35 CDI boiler, Gary arrived at the arranged time and was very thorough in checking the boiler, he then had to order the required parts, he kept in touch with us to let us know when they arrived and made arrangements to come back to fit them. His service is exceptional, he was professional and yet friendly at all times and we were very happy with the final outcome including the cost. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again.

GLM fitted a new Worcester Bosch Gas boiler. Gary turned up on time was smartly dressed and very pleasant and helpful. The job was carried out and completed on time and in a very professional manner. Gary also explained how to work the control system on the IPhone. We had a couple of queries after installation and Gary came back promptly with the explanation. Gary also tidied up after completing the work and left the work area spick and span The final invoice matched the amount quoted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gary to other potential customers.
