Gary fitted a replacement gas boiler for us and the whole process from quote to commissioning was great. For the quote, he turned up at the agreed time and texted before he arrived. The meeting was quick but thorough and covered every aspect of what we wanted doing. There was no pressure at all and he listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and came back with a written quote within the agreed time. We accepted the quotation and he came back to us with a date. He explained how long the replacement would take and what time he would arrive. The installation was carried out efficiently, tidily and to a really good standard. Most of the work was done on the first day and the second day was commissioning, making good walls (who knew a plumber could plaster so well) and then giving us training on how the system works and what we needed to do. He passed over all the paperwork and organised the building certificates with GasSafe and the guarantee from the manufacturer as well. He was also available via text when there was a glitch with the controls (that were installed by someone else) and though he did not need to in the end, offered to come out. All told I cannot recommend Gary highly enough. He is not only a very competent plumber/heating engineer but he also turns up when he says, is a great communicator and a genuinely nice guy. Price was pretty good as well!

Full boiler service and radiator thermostats renewed this year. Excellent and very reliable service. Recommend to friends who were also very happy.

Gary fitted a new boiler for me which he .moved from kitchen to the upstairs also moved gas feed and water feeds in my kitchen and also fitted cold and hot water taps to outside, work was completed on stated dates and to a high standard with little or no disruption to myself good clean work done .

We had a new Worcester boiler fitted by GLM. We were really pleased with the whole job from start to finish. We were kept fully informed every step of the way and would highly recommend.
