Needed my gas pressure checked and a boiler service, I found Michael though a local Facebook group who recommended Glow Energy. Very polite and friendly chap. Arrived on time, checked the pressure was OK and serviced the boiler. He was very genuine and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. Looks like I've found my 'go-to' plumber.

Called Michael in for a boiler service and also to check over the kitchen hob. He was prompt and thorough. Made sure everything was running as it should be. Great friendly service would highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome job. Went above and beyond to fix my leaking toilet and wonky toilet seat. Worked into the evening and was reasonably priced for the time spent. Thoroughly recommend and will use again.

We contacted Michael to service our boiler. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Turns out he was able to to do another job in our bathroom the same day, it wasn’t a straight forward job but he managed to do it well and efficiently. Would highly recommend using Michael.

I called Michael explaining my boiler was leaking and he came out to check it promptly. I did have to have a new boiler but I cannot recommend Michael and Paula enough! Provided a professional service throughout and great workmanship. I wasn't happy with another firm that had left my mum's toilet unusable and being told that he would have to leave it unsafe in order to flush my mums toilet. From this, I got in touch with my insurance company and reported that we know have a new issue which he had created and a poor answer of how this job should be left. After waiting a few days for his report the insurance company sent Mike from Glow Energy, who came and fixed the issue within no time on his first visit. He used no parts and explained what he had done to fix this issue. I was impressed by his attitude of he wouldn't leave until the job was complete. He spent the time to understand and explain why my mum's toilet wasn't flushing which is now perfect so thank you!

Michael came around on short notice, fixed our heating problem that we've had for 2 years on his first visit. We now have a warm home for the winter

Michael is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and explained each step of the powerflush for our radiators. A great result and we are looking forward to feeling the benefits of our heating working more efficiently now.

I'm currently selling my dads apartment which is a grade II listed building. We was having heating issues with several of the radiators however, we was made aware that our boiler was beyond economical repair and that the parts are obsolete. We wanted to leave the new vendors a good working boiler which has a long warranty so we asked Mike from Glow to carry out and spec the boiler and all the works involved. Being on the ground floor the flue had to go through a further two occupancies above to get to the roof and they have installed several access hatches. I was very impressed with the level of commitment from the guys and how they protected my dads apartment like it was their own. Once completed, Mike has now showed me how to operate the boiler and both our heating zones from the thermostats and from my mobile.

2 boilers serviced in same morning . Ours needed new part which was replaced no problems . Great customer service

The trader advised me when he would be able to do the job and kept me informed when he would arrive to minimise disruption. The replacement electric shower and riser rail were bought by the trader and fitted efficiently in the time estimated. Good, friendly service.

Boiler was serviced and checked up on a previous boiler issue. Service was completed quickly and any work that would help maintain the boiler was explained and recommendations were given of things they could to help.

We required a thermostat fitted to our existing boiler. We had a recommendation from an existing Glow customer and so we called to see if they could do the job. Making the appointment was easy and flexible and Michael arrived at the time promised. The work was completed and tested and when he left all was working well. It was also nice to have a trustworthy tradesman that was pleasant and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending Glow Energy Services

Michael came round to check a gas leak on my cooker. He is a very professional engineer, he came round the same day and fixed the problem straight away. A friendly service and very transparent, he explained everything as he went along. I am going to use him again and would recommend him to friends and family.
