Having requested quotes from three local companies, we chose GoGreen because of their thoroughness in responding to questions on their initial proposal including their their taking into account ethical considerations in their choice of panels. Having made our choice, we were fortunate that they had a spare installation slot only a month after we placed our order. The installation process took just over 2 ½ days and was straightforward. The installers were considerate and competent and the finished work looks good. Since commissioning, the panels have produced a decent amount of power (even in such a dull, wet September) and we are extremely pleased that we decided to have a battery installed as this allows us to top up the power we get from the sun with cheap overnight electricity. We did encounter a few teething problems with both the car charger and the charging setting on the battery but Colin from GoGreen came out and sorted out the former and then liaised with SolarEdge who remotely reprogrammed the battery to charge from the grid. Even though both the SolarEdge and MyEnergi apps are well designed, it would have been helpful to have received more on-the-spot help immediately the system was turned on, both to ensure that it was working as it should and that we knew how to get the best out of it. However, I would have no hesitation in advising others to install a solar system or in recommending GoGreen to do the work.

I was recommended Go Green for PV installation by a friend. Their service was exemplary. Their quote was completely inclusive and understandable by a non-techie like myself. They coordinated the work with our builders and did the work in 3 phases in line with their committed timeline. All installation was tidy and works perfectly. Post installation communication has been helpful and I have faith that it will continue in that vein.

We contacted the above company, along with others, concerning the features and benefits of Photo PV cells along with a battery. Go Green were the most professional checking not only where and how things would be sited, checking how the light would vary and therefore the potential of energy generation. Once we decided a date was agreed and the they duly turned up on time. The team were very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Excellent service. Initial quote was based on digital map giving a ball park figure. Explanation of the system and features was given. We got a second quote from another firm for comparison. Go Green Systems was more expensive but more detailed and thorough and not asking for a deposit at the initial quote stage, so I thought they were likely to be a better standard of workmsnship. I asked a lot of questions and got clear answers. We then had the visit and survey which amended the quote (lower). Everything was sorted out smoothly. The work started and finished on time. The team fitting were efficient and polite. The follow up period with Go Green Systems is way longer than other companies and they have been in business for longer, so they don't duck out of their warranties/follow up service. Very pleased with the team and would recommend them.

Just completed a ground mount using Go Green clever sleeper mounting. The price was very competitive and of all of the quotes we had, we felt they had a better knowledge on the subject. They were very patient with my many questions. Install. Went on time and expertly done. Handover was great as is ongoing support. Would definitely recommend them.

From the initial visit which was informative, balanced and with no pressure, through to the install and just this morning the handover visit, I have been nothing but impressed with the whole team. Groundwork was done on time and very neatly, the scaffolding went up quickly without fuss and the install of the panels and all of the other accouterments was completed by a friendly, polite team who were respectful to the property at all times, inside and out (even cleaned out the gutters whilst on the roof!). Go Green Systems completed a 5kW solar system and SolarEdge battery installation for me in November last year.
