I am very happy with the whole process of ordering, installing and service from Tom and his team. Very knowledgeable and helpful and a quality installation and products. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Efficient, tidy (left the place better than it started!), on time. Knew what they were doing, and did it properly. These folks will probably not be the cheapest quote, but they will certainly do an unbeatable job, and I'd have them back in a heartbeat if I needed another system of any kind (this was a 5.4Kw Solar PV install on a domestic slate roofed garage). No sales BS, no attempts to sell me unnecessary or useless add ons, and one of the few companies who actually bothered to measure shading. Also helped with the FIT forms (all 20 pages). Just could not be bettered.

One hears some horror stories regarding overselling and sub standard work in regards to PV systems, none of this is true of Go Green. From first contact to completion and commissioning the experience has been great. Knowledgeable, skilled and professional are words to describe their service. The system was installed as described on time and on budget, The team worked extremely hard and completed the install as promised. I heartily recommend Go Green if you are considering a PV Solar system.

Had a PV roof array fitted - commissioned 10th Jan 2018. Once the initial survey was done and a date had been fixed the work was done quickly and to a high standard. Tom and Colin were easy to get in touch with both before and after and the timekeeping and attitude of the team was excellent. There was a mistake, with the wrong Solaredge inverter being fitted. This was discovered by them when I asked a general question about what power output I should expect. I was impressed that there was no attempt to cover up the error, which would have been easy to do (the units look identical) and the correct unit was fitted very promptly. They may not be the cheapest but I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

As soon as you talk to Go Green, you can tell that they are doing their job because they are passionate about solar power, and that they are reliable, trustworthy, neat and tidy, hardworking and will do a really good job for a fair price. A great experience, all through planning and installation, and I'm delighted with my PV solar panels, which have been performing excellently.

Big job for us - new ASHP and 42 solar panels, took a few weeks but all done well. Planning was thorough, the internal remedial works completed cleanly, then the outside work done with little disruption. No hard sell, just options with impartial advice as far as I could tell. Not the cheapest, but you tend to get what you pay for After sales support is great - warranty claim 3 years later dealt with very professionally

Go Green put 5kw of panels on our roof. They did the work mid-winter which meant they were dealing with bad weather but coped well. They advised us to have the panels inset rather than mounted above the tiles. Although this was more work it meant there was less weight on the roof timbers. It also gave the much neater finish.

Latest activity was installation and commissioning of a Tesla Powerwall2, as an add of to the Solar Edge PV system they installed back in 2016. Despite Tesla delivery delays, the installation was complete to my satisfaction and inside the pre agreed budget. I had to pay a large deposit in advance, but this is one of few traders I will do that for.

Solar installation carried out By Go Green. Excellent service by a professional and expert team. Very adaptable when we discovered a problem with my roof which they worked around without issue. Follow up support has been good with a prompt and helpful answer to a query I had 2 years after the install. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Solar panels were fitted to my roof 3 years ago. I had an honest and clearly explained survey with no attempt to oversell or fake discounts. The PV installation was painless with no disruption and completed as agreed, despite bad weather. The was a mistake with the inverter that was fitted, an easy mistake as it looked identical to the correct one, but the problem was diagnosed and corrected very quickly and without quibble and since then panels have exceeded the estimated output every year since. Not the cheapest, but I would recommend without hesitation.

From the beginning everything was explained clearly and courteously, all paperwork fully in order. Installation was on time and to budget, great care being taken to make sure it looked right and caused no damage to existing structures (it was on a fairly old roof which itself was not perfectly square, so careful thinking was needed). Has now run better than predicted for over 10 years. I have always monitored its output carefully and can detect no deterioration in its performance. We’re delighted with it.

We received several quotations from different installers, both local and national. In terms of cost, many were in the same ballpark; however, in terms of presales activities, GoGreen stood out: they explained in detail the installation process, the rationale for the quality panels provided and the appropriate 'extras' for the property. In addition, the merits of their bespoke installation frame was explained in detail; this was an important consideration for our property due to where the panels would be located. The installation itself was timely and the installers were extremely friendly and provided continual updates on their progress and, on completion, provided a very detailed demonstration of the features available. A slight anomaly in the existing electrics in the house was noticed quite late on in the process; however, this was rectified quickly and didn't impact the final cost. The system has now been active for 2 years and, apart from the odd glitch with the SolarEdge app updates, has functioned seamlessly. In addition, GoGreen have always responded very quickly to any queries that I've put to them and also, more recently, installed an EV charging cable to complement the SolarEdge inverter. As ever, this was done in quick time. Really impressed with the company from start to finish and will use them again without question for future sustainable 'extensions' to our home.

We had major problems with our eight year old Panasonic heat pump. We tried four different companies but none could fix it, and all walked off the job. We asked Panasonic for a list of recommended companies, most of which only dealt with air conditioning and one refused to come out as it was too far (21 miles). However Tom agreed to come, even though he was 35 miles away. He struggled to find the fault, but contacted Panasonic, replaced their recommended part which did not work, tried another one which again failed, and one where Panasonic sent the wrong part. Finally he decided to repipe the tank and added in new parts, and it worked. Throughout the whole time he was positive, cheerful, and efficient, his estimated charge was accurate, and I would thoroughly recommend both him and his work. If the government want heat pumps widely used they will need to find and train people like Tom, otherwise they will have the same problem we did. Luckily we found the right guy.

Having looked at the solar / self power idea closely, I asked Go Green to quote for a solution to my request for as much self-power as possible and to de-risk against regular power cuts. The answer was a comprehensive solar package with a Tesla Powerwall 2 giving battery backup / off grid power on demand. The whole process from initial quote to final installation was pleasurable and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Everything was left clean and tidy and we were kept informed throughout. With impeccable timing, Storm Eunice landed today, 3 days following installation completion and I was able to continue as normal with work and household activities while the rest of the area was without power, with the Tesla continuing to charge from solar power throughout. I unreservedly recommend Go Green Systems

I have no hesitation in recommending Go Green Systems. The technical aspects were well-explained; installation of the panels and electrical components was completed in a professional and courteous manner; administrative aspects were handled promptly and efficiently. You have the feeling of being in good hands with a company that offers high expertise and quality products without the "hard sell".

When I first contacted Go Green in October last year they weren't taking any further enquiries until the New Year. This was a good sign showing how busy and in demand they were. In January I spoke to Colin and received a few scenarios to consider. We had a number of further discussions and over the following weeks I gained the understanding of the best combination to go for. The price was competitive and with personal attention provided by Colin, it was easy to choose Go Green for the installation. The Go Green team spent three days preparing the roof for the sixteen solar panels and completing the AC and DC wiring. The addition of the Immersion Heater Controller was a good decision. The team were always prompt and courteous and provided information on where they were and what had to be done next. Go Green subcontracts the Scaffolding. They didn't arrive on time and appear to operate in a two day window. This is no reflection on Go Green and is out of their control.

We have been delighted with the quality and professionalism of Go Green's service right from when we first contacted them. They were unable to provide a quotation in February due to the amount of work they already had on their books (a very good sign we thought!) but got back to us at the end of June. They very quickly provided an indicative quotation which was then followed up by a technical survey on site and a full written quotation. We were given excellent advice regarding the type of panels to be installed (we have a slate roof so the in-roof panels were best) and whether battery storage was worth the investment (advice was to monitor how much extra energy our relatively small installation produced before splashing out on an expensive battery). The installation was completed over three days at a time convenient for us and we were impressed by the care and professional approach of the installation team. The monitoring app is easy to use and we can already see clear savings on our electricity bill in line with what was indicated by Go Green. We can highly recommend Go Green and you can be sure they won't encourage you to spend more than you need to.

Just has a Solar Edge Solar panel system fitted to our 3 bed property. Work completed to plan and agreed costing. Engineers worked at warp speed. Tidy and polite. Already seeing the benefits although fitted at the least product time of the year. Really excited about the systems potential. The Directors / Ops manager etc are super responsive to any enquiry. Having further works completed in n January to even further maximise the systems potential.
