Pleasure to say we have been customers to Goliath for over 20+years.Recently had a problem with the lock on our front door and having contacted Goliath Barry came to assess the problem the lock is over 20 years old and no longer manufactured however Barry insisted that he would endeavour to address the problem.At that the maestro of all work problems Rob visited and following the application of a secondary security latch promised to return with a solution and within the week did so having sourced a lock to fit within the mechanism and safe to say it’s like a new door all of this done at a fraction of the cost of what ultimately would be a new front door what can you say to me customer service at the highest level and more than five star service.Also I must mention the highest of contribution from Georgie(Georgina) who is the initial contact with Goliath and without her initial input and organisation of the attention required then nothing would be prioritised ensuring your request has the attention needed so to me this somewhat simple job on paper but complicated by nature has been done to the highest standard and I am always grateful.

We had 6 windows and a new front door installed 10 years ago and they still look like new. No need for painting. Just had 2 more of our original windows replaced and a new window opening created. Two of these new windows had coloured glass. Excellent service and installation all to agreed cost and timescale.

Goliath replaced the existing polycarbonate roof to our conservatory (built by Goliath some 20 years ago) with a Guardian Warm Roof. They came on the agreed date, protected the areas to be retained and carried out the work to a professional high standard. Each trade (uPVC fitters, electricians and plasterers) all worked well together following on without any delay. They removed all rubbish leaving the conservatory ready for me to decorate. There were very few defects (which were rectified immediately) and all tradesmen were polite, well presented and kept us informed of progress regularly. We are extremely pleased with the result which was kept within budget. The only regret is we didn't have the roof done earlier as it has now made the conservatory a usable room all year round now.

We highly recommended this company. The team, who used to do the work (doors and windows, glasses, and scaffolding team) were friendly, helpful and in a fantastic mood. They answered to all our questions, also changed their schedule for a bit due to my personal online exam. All the work have been done on time, even earlier than expected. We were so lucky to have them all here, was a great experience. The doors, windows and glasses are fantastic, since then we have better sleep, due to the silence inside. The temperature in the rooms is consistent and that's all what we wanted. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

Excellent service from start to finish, love the new door. Shop and sales service was excellent. Fitters did a really good job, and overcame any obstacles when fitting, and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Goliath Home World Limited did a fantastic job replacing windows, a door, guttering, fascias and soffits. Everything was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. They always arrived on time on the agreed days, worked to a high standard, cleaned up well after themselves and the products are all of excellent quality. The two fitters, Adam and James were polite, helpful and hard working. They talked through the job with us well, agreeing the schedule for each day and explaining any new features, e.g. different types of window opening latches and even provided a video on opening and closing the French doors! They spotted some manufacturing faults during the fitting process and arranged for replacements which were fitted in a very timely manner, within the original time schedule for the job. We have had a couple of minor adjustments made since the job was completed and they have also been dealt with very quickly and appropriately. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the windows, door and fittings. It has transformed the look of the house, one neighbour described it as "stunning". We have been really happy with the whole process, from the first enquiries, throughout the entire fitting process and since completion. We would definitely recommend Goliath Home World Limited if you want high quality products and service.

The Company staff were friendly, efficient and professional at all stages of the project from initial enquiry through to detailed specifications, erection of the Orangery and final snagging. I would have no hesitation in recommending Goliath Home World to other people.

We had used Goliath previously for replacement windows and doors in our last house, about 16 years ago. The aftersales care was brilliant. We only had to call them out a couple of times over this time and it was just for wear and tear issues. When we moved to our current property in November 2021 one of the first things we did was phone Goliath. We didn't approach any other company for a quote as we trust Goliath with their products, pricing and aftersales so why risk going elsewhere? They have done a fantastic job! When placing the order Stuart was brilliant. He talked through our options and answered all our queries. Also, the office girls are lovely. Very efficient and courteous. I would gladly recommend Goliath at Cannock. Really nice and friendly from the point of sale to the installation team. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Clean up all the mess afterwards and work until the job is done. We had 3 doors replaced on the same day. Payment amount and schedule all as originally agreed. Very quick to reply to any query or alteration. First class service.
