We wanted to replace our 23 year old boiler and decided to move to an air source heat pump mainly because we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint and think it's important to adopt the new technologies to help our planet. Our decision was also helped by the confident, knowledgeable sales team at Good Energy, and the government subsidy available. The work was completed very efficiently and skillfully by an excellent team and we are very happy with the result.

We decided that when our elderly gas boiler became unreliable we'd replace it with a heat-pump, and chose Good Energy because they have been excellent suppliers of our energy for the past decade. Preparation for the work was excellent with all my questions clearly answered, a schedule was set for our convenience, and we received plenty of information. The team and materials arrived punctually, and the site was cleared after commissioning. Any installation challenges in our 100 year old house were easily resolved with minimum disruption, and good communication. Materials and components were of good quality. The system creates very little noise, and it is very satisfying to be leaving a cleaner planet for our Grandchildren!

I had a heat pump installed to replace my gas boiler. The team at Good Energy were communicative, professional, and dependable. No question was too much trouble for them. The installers were considerate, tidy and efficient. They ensured my system was set up to maximise its benefits and efficiency, and made sure I knew how to adjust anything if necessary although I have been able to just “set it and forget it”. We are family of four with two young children and the house has remained consistently warm and comfortable throughout the coldest months. We have also seen a big savings on our energy bills. I would highly recommend Good Energy due to their knowledge and support throughout the process.

Replaced gas boiler with air sourced heat pump and associated plumbing. Good initial contact and communications through heating survey to check suitability of property. Installation team were very friendly and professional, all left clean and tidy with good handover at the end. Only issue was a subsequent electrical one, but overall experience was very good and would recommend.

We had a home energy survey carried out after requesting information about Air Source Heat Pumps. We had an ASHOP fitted and some radiators replaced, along with a new hot water cylinder. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. No pressure at any time and with answers to our (many) questions. A turbulent work period for me meant we couldn't go ahead with the work for about a year, but we were never pressurised or treated anything other than brilliantly by the company. When we pushed the button the service got even better. The installation dates were accurate, the installers were kind and considerate, friendly and helpful. Our 4 year old daughter didn't want them to leave! They were a pleasure to have in the house. We had some minor teething issues- our calls or emails were answered promptly and technicians came out. I can't recommend them highly enough based on our experience.
