Installation of Air Source Heat Pump. Works were completed to a reasonable standard, although some aspects of the installation were sub-optimal and we did have some issues. They have been very responsive and have come back to rectify problems - overall happy

We had an air source heat pump plus new hot water cylinder plus 5 new radiators installed to upgrade our old boiler system. The work was carried out to a high standard and the results are great. The team was friendly and informative and the after service also first class.

We had a home energy survey carried out after requesting information about Air Source Heat Pumps. We had an ASHOP fitted and some radiators replaced, along with a new hot water cylinder. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. No pressure at any time and with answers to our (many) questions. A turbulent work period for me meant we couldn't go ahead with the work for about a year, but we were never pressurised or treated anything other than brilliantly by the company. When we pushed the button the service got even better. The installation dates were accurate, the installers were kind and considerate, friendly and helpful. Our 4 year old daughter didn't want them to leave! They were a pleasure to have in the house. We had some minor teething issues- our calls or emails were answered promptly and technicians came out. I can't recommend them highly enough based on our experience.

We have had two 16kw Midea Air Source Heat Pumps installed at our property (3000m2 detached, single glazed). The system was well specified and designed and functions correctly and keeps the house warm. The installation team were excellent - experienced, clean, polite plumbers and electricians with effective back office support. We have lived with the system for a year and have had no significant issues, with minor queries addressed quickly.

Good Energy installed an Air Source Heat Pump. I asked 4 companies to quote and chose Good, as theior interaction with my wife and myself was head and shoulders more professional than the other 3. We had confidence that if there were any problems post installation Good would be able to tackle and solve them sympathetically. After all, we were removing our boiler, so heating the house would be reliant on the ASHP. After 1 year and 1 winter heating season, we are ever so pleased that we chose Good Energy.

Put in an air source heat pump outside the property. Changed the cylinder for a bigger one inside the property. Replaced a couple of radiators and removed one larger one and moved it upstairs. Lots of remedial work on pipeworks. Very cautious and careful with the electrics. Went above and beyond our expectations.

They replaced an old gas combi boiler with a new heatpump. Good Energy arranged the complete installation including the grant from survey to handover. The installation team were friendly and professional theyleft the premises in a tidy state. They explained everything from when they first arrived to final instructions on how to run the pump. Their support was available for any post install questions. I would recommend Good Energy

Midea Air Source Heat Pump with (8kW) installed with new 250Ltr cylinder (solar coil) replacing biomass system. Connections to underfloor heating system and radiators (Tado thermostatic system). Efficient installation across one working week with minimum disruption around the house. Consideration team with plenty of briefing and explanation on best use of the system.
