Geoff provided a clear quote for the work to be done. The work was in two phases, the first phase (pre Christmas) consisting of extending the existing utility room into the integral garage so that there was direct access from the kitchen. He fitted out the extended utility room with new units, a new boiler and completed all decoration. The second phase (post Christmas) was a new kitchen including all decoration. We found Geoff to be hard working and a real craftsmen. Geoff was very helpful in giving us ideas of better ways of doing things and at overcoming difficulties. Geoff was very accommodating of any changes we wanted as the project progressed and always gave us a revised quote for extra work so we were kept abreast of costs. Geoff went the extra mile and even took delivery of our new (unplanned!) washing machine and plumbed it in for us at no extra cost. We have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and his company.

Geoff and his team have just completed the widening of our bathroom door to make it wheelchair accessible. His work is outstanding in all respects. The work was completed in 3 days and he made sure that I could access the facilities when I required by ensuring that the work area was kept clear of dust and debris as much as possible. He was cheerful, hardworking and was clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of this type of work. We selected Geoff because he responded quickly with a detailed quote which exactly met our requirements. The construction and carpentry work are outstanding, and the finish and attention to detail was equally impressive. When making good the wall around the doorway he kindly also made good a small area that had previously been left unpainted by my removal of a hand rail and made no charge for this. Outstanding in all respects. The work involved was to remodelling the entrance way and steps from the utility room to the garage and replace the fire rated door. Geoff has been great from the start! Gave sound advice on our very outdated kitchen and stuck to his quote. Even when the worktops arrived a week late he made the effort to get the job done before a deadline that we had which was hugely appreciated. Time keeping was spot on and was happy for him to have a spare key so completely trustworthy. Always cheerful, hardworking and tidy and 5* for putting up with our two daft dogs! Geoff and his team recently completed a complicated modernisation and conversion of our bungalow to make it wheelchair accessible. One of the reasons we selected Geoff was because he responded quickly with a detailed quote and gave us the opportunity to meet and discuss our needs with his team very early on. The build involved moving 5 internal walls to open up the property and installing a new wet room, en-suite, kitchen, flooring and new heating system, including all the carpentry, electrics and plumbing. His attention to detail and quality of finish was outstanding. His approach to customer care is also excellent. He gave us very useful and helpful design advice and guidance, based on his considerable experience and responded to queries promptly. Geoff completed a complete refurb of our hall following significant water damage and a bathroom refit. The ceilings had to be replaced; floor tiles replaced and full redecoration. I am very pleased with the result. The job was more involved than originally planned but this did not cause any problems. Geoff involved specialist plumbers and electricians - got on with the job and the end result is even better than i had anticipated

The job involved splitting a large utility room into a bathroom and smaller storage room. Measurements were tight and had to be consistently accurate to fit a large fridge in one, and a shower in the other. One window had to be split into two smaller windows, and plumbing altered. All the work was done as agreed and to a high standard by the different teams e.g. plumbing, plastering, brick-laying, wiring. Once these two rooms were completed the next-door room had carpet changed for wooden flooring. We followed through with Geoff's recommendations and are very pleased with the result. I found Geoff on Which Trusted Traders and would recommend him to everyone. We wanted the ground floor of the house to have underfloor heating throughout but needed advice and guidance, which he and Richard (the plumber) totally provided. Whenever we had questions before starting, he always had a reassuring answer and during the project he called each evening to check that we were happy with the progress. This is not just PR, he really wants to see that expectations are being met. The finished result is better than we could have imagined; the attention to detail is incredible. Geoff is an excellent project manager, has detailed knowledge of his field and was able to deliver what he proposed on budget. He is honest, trustworthy and great at what he does. Geoff and his team re-did our bathroom and kitchen in a 16th century grade 2 listed cottage, including new boiler, roof insulation and some re-designing of storage space. As the house is so old nothing is level, but the team did an amazing job of completing the work to a fantastic standard while looking after the character of the cottage. Geoff completed the work on time and budget, and on top of this the whole are just lovely, friendly guys. They made recommendations during the work that were very sensible and even taught us how to do some small jobs for next time. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using in the future.
