We all know how difficult it can be to find a good, honest and friendly plumber and Graeme over delivered in every aspect. He gave us a very competitive quote to move from an old gas boiler into a brand new electric boiler, explained every step we had to go through and where the cost was coming from, and managed to get it all done within a day as planned. We couldn't be happier with his work. Added perk, he is extremely nice and pleasant to talk to - strongly recommend him

Graeme provided a prompt fair assessment of the problem with our sink, suggesting the most cost efficient solution to the problem given the timeframes we were working to. His advice was very informative and I will definitely be using him again in the future for any plumbing issues.

Graeme has done quite a lot of work for us since we moved to this area, including replacing our boiler at relatively short notice in the middle of a cold spell. As others have observed, he always looks for the most cost effective solution and is informative and helpful with his advice. He has our complete confidence.

I discovered a leak from my bathroom washbasin and connecting kitchen waste pipe yesterday morning and was unable to use any of the sinks until the problem had been solved. Graeme arrived within a couple of hours, popped out to pick up a part and fixed the problem within the hour. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked very quickly. He also gave a very good price. I was very grateful as I had to go out that evening but the issue was fixed with plenty of time for me to continue with the rest of my day. He also gave me some great recommendations on other areas I asked for advice on. I'd definitely recommend using Graeme and would use him again if I had any other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed.

When we first moved into our new property we had real problems with the shower. Graeme was the 3rd plumber we called and I only wish we'd found him earlier! He was professional, knowledgable and methodical in finding the problem and fixing it, explaining everything as he went. We also got him to fit a new kitchen tap, which he was able to recommend, source and fit the next day. Forward to this week and suddenly our boiler breaks, leaking water everywhere and leaving us freezing! Despite not feeling well Graeme came around and assessed the situation. He gave us all the options to repair/replace and, following our decision, was able put the new boiler (with excellent warranty) in. I honestly wouldn't look anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

Graeme provided a prompt and efficient service. He came to assess the problem right away, ordered the part and returned at my convenience to do the job. He is very nice, pleasant and polite. Couldn't ask for more. Great service!

Graeme turned up when he said.checked the pressure and found radiator valves leaking drained the system changed 3 valves,refilled the system.bled the radiators .Graem worked as a professional and was clean and tidy when working.the bill was reasonable.

We've all been in the position where the tradesperson walks in, looks at the problem, rubs their head and says, "Oh dear, this is bad. Very bad....", while cash registers kerching in the background. Not in this case. Graeme was not only prompt and polite, he was extremely knowledgeable, and gave useful advice, while getting on with the repair. I would recommend him to anyone with a heating/plumbing problem. Excellent value, with a high level of skill. A+

Graeme came around at short notice to give the boiler in our new house a service and did a fantastic job, helping us to understand its operation and advising us on how to take care of it on an ongoing basis.
