Stefan handled our boiler replacement in an efficient manner. He kindly assisted with installing our water filter and noticed some old piping that needed to be removed and overall increased our water pressure, which was great! He communicated well and answered all my questions, which truly put me at ease. Extremely reliable and trustworthy.

Stefan replaced a faulty thermostat for me today. The work was completed swiftly and efficiently. He has done other work for me over the last few years, including fitting a new boiler. I think he is an excellent heating engineer, extremely knowledgable and a very trustworthy and pleasant person to have in the house. I would most definitely recommend him - a top notch tradesman!

Stefan replaced our 17 year old Worcester boiler,which although working ok was obviously at risk of sudden failure. So we could plan a suitable date. His quote was more detailed and included items not given by other quotes. But still competitive on cost. He is clearly extremely skilled and competent It was all done effectively and punctually. Stefan provided quick and professional service at a highly competitive price. He worked efficiently to deliver a high-quality installation, ensuring everything functions perfectly and suits my needs. This included advice on how to reduce the cost by excluding/refunding some items initially ordered (which following discussion we decided I did not really need). The boiler connections, including piping and cabling, are neatly done, the workplace was left tidy and his pricing was significantly lower than other quotes I received (even received a further discount upon completion!). I cannot speak highly enough of Stefan Adams. Extremely knowledgeable, very precise, and unbelievably helpful. Heating and hot water supply to house suddenly crashed from old system. Stefan was round immediately and provided a solution for hot water to the house to keep us going. Needed an entire new boiler system from scratch. Stefan explained all the options very clearly, worked around exactly what we wanted and needed, and was very adaptive around our schedule. Came in, got the job done, didn't even hear from him. Came home from work to find everything working perfectly! Any questions I had he was very clear to take into account and explain. Stefan made time to discuss a plumbing problem over the phone. I have have badly installed plumbing and a saniflo in my bathroom. Stefan was calm, knowledgeable and able to explain what he felt was causing the problem. I felt immediately less panicked. On his way home after a busy day he then dropped in and took apart the pipes until we located the blockage. This was above and beyond what I have ever experienced before and I am so impressed and grateful!

Stefan Adams knows his job back to front. He fitted a condensing boiler in place of an old balanced flue boiler. He reworked the plumbing with speed and accuracy- Stefan is a very pleasant person who by nature works in with the customer. Stefan is down to earth and from the start I was sure he would do a great job- Which he did!- If you need a boiler fitted Stefan is your man!

Big thank you to Stefan for saving us. Our boiler had crashed at a cold time of year and he was round at our house within hours of me texting, with a new boiler delivered the next day and fitted the next working day after that.
