Stefan Adams was working at a neighbour's when we had the nightmare experience I don't wish anyone. Thames Water had a major pipeline burst and the flooding was polluting the Cadent gas main. Instead of gas, our boiler had been supplied with water and had a short when we returned from our vacation. We first did not know what was going on and we had no info on the event which shut 10-15000 households from gas and water services. Our then plumber fiddled around for two weeks and finally recommended a new boiler. He must have been himself abroad not connecting our issue with the Thames Water Christmas surprise for all of us. But it got worse, not only did he scrap the old boiler so I had no proof when I figured the coincidence out, he was still unable to get the boiler he had sold to work reliably and without water bounce sounds which had been most annoying. We had at that point to fire this plumber and we asked Stefan Adams on the street on his way home for help. The next morning he was at our place and had a first look. He got the boiler running properly without any extra noise within half a day. He checked our system and bathrooms and pointed out, that our inversion boiler was taken off the electric due to a product recall and danger of shorts. Unfortunately, the old plumber had not noticed that, so we had lost our warranties the seller of the house had signed up for. We asked Stefan to schedule replacements and he gave us various options, sourced our favourite and installed it at the promised time and in the time scheduled. We had checked the product prices at other suppliers and noted that Stefan's had good quality and excellent pricing. We have been here for 3 years most happy and our annual service visits are reliable and very good quality for small money. Stefan also supplied and installed our replacement Saniflow toilets and the one he recommended works better and is very quiet. Of course he also stepped in on standard plumbing issues and no job is too big or too small for him, that is comfort too. As a retired Judge for commercial law and son of a father who was a plumber I know quality and see if one is a professional, Stefan Adams is, I would bet money on him! My children and their families and our neighbour friends meanwhile all count on Stefan Adams for help, so should you.

We had a few boiler installation quotes but chose Stefan for the work as he was very personable, and honest and gave us good advice and recommendations. We were very satisfied with his work and he was always punctual and responded whenever we reached out to him, particularly when we needed further help with our underfloor heating. He even came around to install a temporary thermostat for us when our builder let us down.

I have known this company for some years and have always found Stefan very helpful and knowledgeable. To save time he always likes to receive photos of the problem, especially the make of the boiler. Mr Stefan Adams replaced my own boiler earlier in 2023 and it was done on time and on budget. In August 2023 I asked him to replace the boiler of another property I own and he did so. Both are working well. He was very pleasant and helpful. I have asked him to provide the servicing of these two, identical, Vaillant boilers for the years to come. Stefan replaced my boiler, and despite malfunction the manufacturer worked with them to sort the problem as quickly as possible. He worked quickly tidely and explained the new system clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend Stefan.

The boiler was showing error messages during a very cold snap. I contacted Stefan and he responded immediately. Though not able to attend straight away, he attempted to diagnose via videos and photos. A Vaillant engineer came and did a fix but it turned out that it was not the right fix. Contacting Stefan again, he came the same day with a temporary fix. A new boiler was ordered and this was installed that day. We have since had other plumbing/heating problems and Stefan has been very good with advice. He has exceptional customer service - I can text him at 0600 or 2200 and will have a response. If he is unable to commit to the job, he will recommend a colleague he can trust. He is honest and will explain the job in layman's terms. He is now our go-to guy and is highly recommended.

Stefan provided excellent service when dealing with a leak and failed boiler. He initially asked for photos and gave some initial guidance for free by WhatsApp which was hugely appreciated. When ultimately the boiler needed to be replaced, he provided a clear and accurate quote and talked us through the steps he would have to take and various options. He was patient, and responsive with questions and left me feeling very assured about what he had done and why. There was no pressure to do additional work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as honest, reliable and thorough, and have used him for some subsequent work on a rental flat too.

Needed new boiler and wanted to upgrade and update the radiators in my flat. Was able to discuss requirements and gain a better understanding in an area where I lacked expertise.
