I have paid for your services for 8 years and the one time I needed you, I was asked “have you tried googling for a breakdown service”. I was left at a motorway services with a space saver wheel on the car. Your technician told me “DO NOT drive that wheel on the motorway” but then your ‘safety team’ deemed it safe to drive up to 300 miles on the motorway - which goes against your technician’s/ vehicle manufacturer/ and the tyre manufacturers instructions. I was left to drive 200 miles home on the motorway, not exceeding 50mph and every 25 miles I had to tighten the wheel bolts. This was in the top three worst experiences of my life.

My call to Green Flag was picked up virtually straight away. Pleasant operative gave me a time scale of one hour from the time of my call. The mechanic called me to say he was on his way, called me when he arrived and was within the time scale promised. He was efficient and identified the problem very quickly

I called Green Flag around 9 pm yesterday because my clutch had failed while I was parking and I was not in a very good place. They were so helpful and reassuring and arrived within 45 minutes. They took me to the local garage I specified quickly and efficiently. I have spoken to the garage now and hopefully they will repair my car. I was very impressed with the service offered by Green Flag and would certainly recommend them.

Due to the extreme weather, rain, wet, dark, misty my beak down was at the most inconvenient time and place but managed to park at a safe place. At this time my wife continued her journey by bus and I made contact to green line through the tel number on my insurance details. Not sure but it was an hour I think when Sam arrived. Moving vehicle very slowly to a more safe and convenient place to deal with the fault. Didn't take long to do. Once finished I offered Sam to buy him coffee but he declined saying that there was another job coming through for him to attend. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

Got a puncture the evening prior to going on a family holiday, then having organised an appointment for new tyres early the following morning was unable to re inflate the tyre to drive my vehicle so contacted Green Flag to take me and my car to the tyre garage. This was done with ease on the app, and due to the prompt response was able to get new tyres fitted and on our way only a couple of hours behind schedule. Great service. Really happy.
