Very happy with the service provided by Greenflag. Our engine coolant pump stopped working. We were only 20 mins from the destination. We were advised the repair cannot be fixed roadside, but it was possible to get to the destination when engine was completely cool. It was late and I needed to feed three children (4yr old twins and 5mth baby) and get them to sleep. The following day we were picked up and taken home from Yorkshire to Warwick. Car is now waiting to be repaired in the garage. Thank you. You saved my family.

Motorway tyre blowout

After a recent caravan tyre blowout on the M5 at 4.30am it was a terrifying experience. I immediately called Green Flag and because of the circumstances, the jumped into action. The service was impeccable. I was contacted regularly, with updates on progress. The mechanic arrived in under an hour and got straight to work. It only took about 15 minutes to fit the spare wheel by a very knowledgeable man, not an easy task when your back is facing speeding traffic. Even the day after the incident Green Flag pertains called me to make sure I was OK, what a lovely personal touch. To summarise, I could not be happier, from the first phone call to getting back on the road was brilliant. Thank you Green Flag, to everyone involved in my rescue, I can't thank you all enough. Its a lovely feeling to know your back is covered when you need it most.

I stupidly put petrol into a diesel car ,I contacted Paula at Green flag how told me of my options, she then arranged for a company to come and drain my tank who also supplied me with enough fuel to get to the nearest fuel station all round good service.

Absolutely fantastic service, made a very stressful situation slightly less stressful and we still arrived at my partners RAF graduation before the gates closed. Couldn't have asked for anything more

Although the mechanic arrived after the time notified by me in a text message he was very pleasant, helpful and cooperative. He was also very courteous. He tried to fix the problem but confirmed the clutch had broken. He was very cooperative when parking the car at the garage.
