Broke down on a busy dual carriageway at traffic lights in live lane, absolutely no power. Green flag turned out Macadams who were there in 20 mins and had my battery terminal problems sorted in about 10 mins. Very friendly and helpful throughout, overall very impressed.

Very happy with the Green Flag service
I got home and could lock hybrid car door. When I got out of my car a continuous noise alert when I closed the door but if I stayed in the car with the doors closed the noise stopped. Luckiky my car was in my drive. In panic I called Green Flag and I explained my problem to a young lady. Within a technician called me and asked me to explain the problem that's I looked down and realised I had my gear stick on neutral of parking. I put the gear stick in my automatic car in parking and the problem was resolved. I was relieved but also grateful for the prompt help I received from Green Flag.

Green flag answered instantly, referred me to one of their skilled contractors who then called me to update on engineer eta, within the hour engineer had arrived and had us back on the road. Engineer was polite friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy customer.

Wonderful service.
From first contact with Greenflag the service was wonderful. I got regular updates on arrival time and they were very rapid with locating my vehicle. The service man was polite and courteous and quickly set about sorting my vehicle's problem out. In next to no time, he had finished the job and my car was fit to drive home. The bonus bit was when he pointed out a hidden problem. I can get that sorted out quickly once I receive the relevant parts. All in all, brilliant service from GREENFLAG.

Fantastic Service
Got a flat tyre down a single track road, in the pitch black. Called Green Flag and they gave me a 2 hour expected wait time. Within 5 minutes the local recovery contractor (Alexander & Robertson Ltd) called me to confirm someone was on their way. I was on a recovery vehicle in less than 30 minutes from the initial call. Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly service, I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you all.

AMAZING Green Flag Motorhome Recovery
We have been members with Green Flag- Caravan and Motorhome Club members for 3 Years + and in June 2025 we broke down on the Isle of Mull in our 2021 Ford Transit Autotrail F62 with 9900 miles on clock from New with full ford service history Green flag local garage on Mull was with us within 30 minutes of our call and Stuart diagnosed Injector number 3 so we stayed on our campsite the night and as promised we was recovered at 9am the next day to take us back on the ferry to the mainland where another recovery company took us and motorhome to there garage 45 miles and said a taxi was already booked for us to takes us another 40 miles to collect a green flag pre arranged Enterprise hire car waiting for us allowing us to drive back home to Leicestershire 400+ miles same day and the motorhome followed us on 1 truck all the way to our local Ford Garage a few days later, GREEN FLAG ORGANISED AND PAID FOR EVERYTHING Including taxi, recovery and New hire car for 2 days to get home. Thank you all at Green Flag. Ps Recovery man on Mull said if you was with the other 2 breakdown companies you would have had to PAY to get recovered of the Island before they recover you !

Misled and Let Down by Green Flag
I arranged a rescue to take my car (with a flat tyre) to a garage for a tyre change appointment two days later. Green Flag told me the garage was in their network and they could get the tyres replaced the same day. I agreed. But once the car was towed there, the garage said they had no such arrangement with Green Flag and my original booking still stood. Green Flag refused to help, and after hours on the phone, their only solution was to send me home in a taxi and leave my undrivable car behind at my own risk — or tow it back home and offer no further help. Completely unprofessional, poorly coordinated, and zero accountability. Very disappointed.

Vehicle Breakdown callout
I advised my breakdown and was directed to the Green Flag App. There it was straightforward and met exactly what I needed. The local garage sent someone within an hour. He was efficient and solved my problem very quickly. He did say if it was not electrical he would not be able to recover the vehicle but fortunately, it was electrical despite my having had a new battery only 6 months ago. I now appreciate that I need to use the vehicle régularly to prevent the problem. I consider the service I received to be excellent.

Lone Female Stranded
My daughter was planning to drive 100 miles home from university before Christmas when our car which she was driving was hit by a 3rd party destroying her drivers' side wing mirror and hence not legal to drive. She was unable to source a replacement locally and so-called Green Flag to help. GF attended but were unable to help her, other than by offering to accompany her to a local auto parts shop that she had already visited and had no stock. When she refused this, they made her sign a waiver that she would not call them out again for the same issue, and then just left her stranded. I called the helpline and asked them to propose a solution to either get the car roadworthy or arrange transport to a garage or home plus transport for my daughter, all of which are in theory provided by my level of cover. The call centre operator felt that this was excessive and just "for your convenience" but was unable to propose any other solution to get my daughter home. He promised a call back but one never came. Lone female left stranded by Green Flag. Will not be renewing.

Brilliant
One thing I must say, apparently I had two policies running ,and I did think it should have been picked up earlier . Same car ,same name,same address,why would I need two policies .?In my defence I had a stroke and my short term memory was affected , so I take full blame for this oversight ,but it could have picked up.

We would never ever be without Greenflag and have been with them many years. My wife broke down and they were with her is a very short time, they put her mind at rest and explained everything thoroughly. She was fixed in no time and on her way with no stress whatsoever. Greenflag give you peace of mind and you can’t put a price on that.

Prompt and friendly
My car had a puncture which I couldn’t repair due to the wheel nuts being too tight. The technician arrived half an hour earlier than promised, was really cheerful considering it was early in the morning and before he usually started work. The wheel was replaced with the spare in 10 minutes. Smiles all around and I cannot rate them any higher. Communication before and during was top-notch.
