I needed to replace an ageing gas central heating boiler. James from Green Flame responded very quickly to my questions by email, visited and gave some advice then followed up with a quote soon after. It was easy to agree on a date for the work to be carried out and they arrived early on the day. They removed the old boiler and water tanks, fitted a new one, even matching the bricks where the old flue used to be. I was very impressed with how quickly they made progress as there was a lot of work to do. They clearly knew what they were doing and I had utmost confidence in their work. Very happy with both the installation and the new boiler that they fitted. I would recommend Green Flame Plumbing and Heating.

These are not your normal plumbers! (Before booking this job, James did a boiler service for us, which was far more thorough than the ones we had received from a major national company in the past) They didn't promise to arrive on a Monday, then turn up on the Wednesday. Or arrive at 11.00 am when you were expecting them at 8 a.m. They didn't carry a radiator through your house leaking dirty water all over your new carpets. They didn't turn a two day job into a week long saga. They didn't depart half way through the job because they "had to fetch a different part". They didn't quote a price, and then find that a problem had cropped up that they weren't expecting and so you find that the bill had somehow shot up. In fact, they did all that you would expect from a plumber when they fitted 6 new radiators for us. They arrived on the right day, exactly on time. Completed the work promptly and efficiently leaving no mess afterwards. They removed all the old items and charged exactly what they said they would. So, definitely not your normal plumbers! This firm comes highly recommended and we have already booked our next year's boiler service with them. A first class plumbing experience!

James & his team are highly professional in carrying out a job but at the same time are friendly, trustworthy, polite & flexible. James updated our en-suite a yr ago & when we moved I had no hesitation in calling him again to rip out & instal a new bathroom & separate shower room. The team had endless errors to deal with by my chosen supplier, Leekes, but dealt with it all so professionally that it eased my stress. They also effortlessly worked around other renovations being done at the property. Time keeping & working to the schedule was excellent. Other friends have since booked James & are thrilled with the results.
