As a partnership we have two bases, one in Cardiff and the other in Gilfach Goch located between Porth and Bridgend, so we can cover a wider area for call outs and home maintenance visits.

These two lads provide a great service. They first worked for us three years ago when they installed a replacement gas boiler and a couple of radiators, a power flush and Magna Clean. They have serviced the system in between then and now when we decided to install a heated towel rail, a new NEST thermostat and change our radiator valves to thermostatic ones. Sion and James carried all these works out quickly, expertly, and efficiently. The last job took a little longer than originally expected but they would not leave until the job was completely finished and they had cleared up behind them. We have no hesitation in recommending them. They also like their tea and coffee and are not averse to a little home baked cake!

Used James and Sion from Green Flame Plumbing last year to take out an old back boiler and have a new combination boiler fitted. They were recommended by a work mate and they did an excellent job at the best price out of 4 different quotes i received. Based on the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness of James and Sion on that job i had no doubt who i wanted back to fit new radiators in my living room and bathroom. Again they did an excellent job at a great price and i would recommend Green Flame Plumbing to family and friends every single time.

The traders fitted a new combi boiler and flue and removed the old system. They worked tirelessly all day to complete the work. They knew we had family coming to stay and we were without hot water! They were clean and tidy workers and when they left we had very little to do. They explained the process they were going to carry out and gave clear instructions on the working of the system and advice for the maintenance and servicing also. We would recommend them without reservation.

We had a leaking pressure valve which needed changing and we needed a new float valve in our toilet - both jobs were carried out smoothly, with no mess. Sion also fitted our gas fire earlier on in the year, again work was completed quickly, all checks done effectively and no mess was left I highly recommend James & Sion for any heating and plumbing works.
