I asked for an opinion and advice. They were excellent, absolutely unbiased and this meant that I didn't change my current solar panels nor add a battery as the savings would have been negligable - such honesty is so rare these days. Many thanks

August 21st 2024 I commission an online company (not Greenteam One)to add a battery storage to an existing solar array. They came up with a very attractive quotation so I awarded them the contract. The installation was not only dangerous but failed to meet the warranty for the givenergy products, and other essential regulatory requirements,worse was their abject refusal to correct the work. After a long battle and with the help of my bank I was able to get a significant refund from this rogue company. A very painful and worrying experience. Greenteam one got to hear about my appalling experience and offered to do a complete reinstall of the equipment, which i agreed. What a difference, the professional approach, attention to detail, consideration given to me my property and equipment was first rate. I now have a system that is safe and fully compliant with regulations and warranty. I cannot recommend Rob, Tom and Greenteam one highly enough. An excellent company that deserves to succeed. I used this company to install 2 solar panel arrays together with associated switchgear and battery. From planning through installation to commissioning they were professional, knowledgeable and always courteous. Even the scaffolding sub contractor was quick, polite and efficient.

After many hours researching the world of domestic solar solutions we narrowed the search to three companies for quotes. Not only was Green Team One’s quote the best value proposition, the solution is by far better with a 16 panel 7.04 kWh array, an 8 kWh inverter and a 10.2 kWh battery which maximises the roof generation potential. Personally I usually only complete a review when I get exceptional service and the experience from making the initial contact, the meeting on site with Rob, the following survey, the organisation behind the scenes and the installation team, Green Team One has been exactly that, exceptional. A fantastic team of people with very high and detailed knowledge of solar, passionate about what they do and how to support their clients. There is absolutely no hard sell, they will not press you for an order when they meet you. Rob gave us several ideas and options which were easy to understand and thus help us decide the solution best suited for our needs. From placing the order, all was installed and producing power in just 5 weeks. The office team were extremely helpful no matter how many times I pestered them! The on site teams were all polite, very efficient and the installation is neat, tidy, professional and above all working really well. Our thanks to everyone at Green Team One for an enjoyable experience from a company we would trust to complete further installations should we need them in the future.

Prompt efficient service from initial sales calls and visits, through installation and after sales. The whole process has been simple, low hassle, I hardly noticed the team working on the day of the install. Would highly recommend to everyone. Absolutely thrilled with the service from Green Team One, from start to finish. Rob spent about an hour at our home, clearly explaining the best solar system for our needs—no pushy sales pitch, no pressure, and no follow-up hounding. I Had a Solar battery system installed by Green Team one. Excellent service all round, the survey was detailed and comprehensive, the installation was neat tidy and punctual. everything was completed in less than a day. The technical knowledge of the system was excellent. and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. An excellent company to do business with.

We went with Green Team One to add a home battery system and new EV charger to our existing Solar Edge PV array in Cardiff - and are so glad we did. The service was excellent - they warned me at the start that they didn't chase or push for sales (and that sometimes meant we would have to chase them!) but I personally liked that attitude after we'd experienced the opposite from others we'd had quotes from. The efficiency they showed meant we had our whole system installed and working within 3 weeks of my enquiry. Tom came to assess the site then Brindley and Josh completed the installation. All were incredibly helpful, polite, efficient and professional and then to follow up Rob came out (on a weekend!) to check we were happy with everything and the system was operating well. We have been so excited to see the battery using our solar power to minimise our grid power (even in a cloudy February!) and we've been given some great advice on how to optimise the system for our lifestyle. I would absolutely recommend them, and I'd say their values and mission are values actually lived by the company from what we have experienced. Oh - and the quote was the most competitive too!

Green Team One recently installed Aiko solar panels and GivEnergy battery & EV charger at my house and I can highly recommend them. After speaking with several installers, Rob and his team were the frontrunner for their technical knowledge, attention to detail, personal touch, non-pushy sales approach, and willingness to go above & beyond. The installation itself went very smoothly and the electricians & roofers were friendly and left the house tidy. I'm confident I made the right choice with Green Team One, and that they'll be available for any support in future if needed.

Green Team One just completed our PV install at our house in North Bristol, having completed a similar install at my sister's. They were absolutely fantastic at every stage, the technical advice at the start was comprehensive, the offer was the best combination I had (giving the best final overall net output) and the quality of the installation has been fantastic, from the scaffolders to the electrician and roofer. Plus the after-service has given me a lot of confidence with using the panels and getting on the right tariff. Would strongly recommend to others
