We had a short completion time and Greens were recommended to us - I absolutely see why. The team were friendly and efficient from the start. The quote they gave was more competitive that other companies. The team on the packing were fantastic, ensuring everything was taken care of. The team who did the actual moving were exceptional. They were professional and courteous at all times and got everything into the new house in a really timely and tidy manner. I could not fault the team and would recommend Greens to anyone thinking of moving.

Excellent service. We shipped our home furniture and personal belongings from the UK to Qatar with Greens Removals, and we were very impressed from start to finish. Communication was clear. The shipment arrived in good time. All our items arrived in good in condition, and Greens' partner company in Qatar was amazing. They unpacked all our furniture, helped to assemble large items, and took away the rubbish. Would certainly use this company again.

I spoke to Pauline 3 days before my son was due to move. Very quickly video call was arranged and within a few hours the quote dropped in my mailbox. The service was second to none. They were so efficient. On moving day they arrived on time. The guys were hard working and very friendly. They were also incredibly grateful for the drinks and bacon rolls my son and his wife provided and snacks. The guys worked tirelessly until the love was completed and again at the other end. I recommend Greens highly. All the staff whether office or removal crew were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The crew arrived punctually, packed boxes and handled furniture carefully. There was no damage to anything. They protected carpets and floors with plastic covering and matting. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Suffolk customer.

Greens provided us with a really efficient, professional removal service. All the staff I had contact with were polite and helpful so I cannot fault anything. The owner Richard gave us good advice and guidance about the whole process and clearly supports his staff to be as helpful as he is. Everyone worked with care and attention and we didn’t have any damage or breakages. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was where we wanted it and were happy to move things around if necessary. I can recommend Greens without hesitation - they do a great job.

It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is efficient and friendly and also provides a great service. Pauline has always been super helpful. The ample supplies of packing boxes, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, good quality parcel tape and large plastic bags which were ideal for curtains, towels and cushions, made our packing much easier. The wardrobe cartons provided on moving day for hanging clothes straight from the wardrobe were also great. The Greens staff arrived on time and worked so hard. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They treated our home with respect, putting plastic covering on the hall, stairs and landing carpet. They looked after everything so well and we felt assured that the same care would be taken to store our furniture and then move us into our new home once this is available. We would definitely recommend Greens.

I can't praise Green's Removals enough. They provided a prompt and excellent service with everything taken care of efficiently and courteously.

We were moving out of Devon in 2024 and putting our goods into storage for an unknown length of time, which turned out to be 5 weeks. Greens were very helpful from the first video to assess how much we had down to the 2 days when the team moved us out. They were courteous, efficient and worked hard at packing all our goods for us, very approachable and asked questions if there was a need. After our purchase was completed, the goods were delivered over two days. Care was taken to cover the carpets as it had been raining. 149 boxes were left for us to unpack. We were informed that a glass door had been broken during transit. However, Greens had arranged for this repair at an expert antiques centre and the item concerned came back as good as new. We would thoroughly recommend this firm.

Having sold our second home in Northern Cyprus, my wife and I decided to move a quantity of personal possessions back to our UK home. Greens handled the importation and UK delivery of our goods on behalf of our shipper in Cyprus, and guided us through the process with care and consideration. Communication was excellent and the guys who delivered our boxes this morning could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended !!

We couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the team of extremely polite and hard working men. They went above and beyond our expectations from pickup to delivery, on a hot day, with cheerful banter and a very awkward staircase to navigate. Pauline, Richard and the team were so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for better care.

I used a removal company for first time and I used greens, as local to me. The whole service was excellent. The ladies Pauline and Lynne in the office were exceptional. Richard who undertook video survey, clearly understood the stress of moving. The team on the day were brilliant, worked so well as a team. Made the whole day stress free and worth every penny.

The packing team was very efficient and completed the job in good time. On arrival at 48a Bath Road Warminster on the final day the team unloaded the lorry very swiftly and set up the electric beds / tv etc as required I was very happy with the pleasant attitude of each team member.

From getting the quote to moving in, the service was brill. We phoned many times and Pauline was so helpful. I went many times to get cardboard boxes, Pauline couldn't of been more welcoming. On moving out day Graham and Lee turned up on time and did a wonderful job, very friendly and obliging. The next day on actually moving in the new house they were there on time, couldn't ask for better removal men. Thank you Greens for a wonderful service.

Just moved to this lovely country and Greens Removal was appointed as my local handling agent after my shipment arrived here early April. Their team took care of the documentation and custom clearances swiftly and on the date of the delivery, I was so impressed by Gary and Mark... not only the two had handled all my boxes with care, but also the good work that they gave when my sofa+ottoman needed to go into the small lift which my building has! You guys are simply the best... thank you so much!

Immaculate service from the day I contacted the company. Not the cheapest quote but I had the feeling you get what you pay for, and this proved correct. The charming admin team were always prompt to reply to any queries before the move, and the removals team on the day were superb, just when you don't need any additional stress. We were downsizing and so opted to pack ourselves. Our move date and move address both changed and they were very accommodating. The move itself went very well.

Our move was a bit complicated, with boxes and items going to multiple destinations, but the guys from Greens took care of everything and were really efficient. Leading up to the move, they were friendly and responsive, answering all of my questions promptly. I've moved many times and this one was about as smooth and problem-free as I've experienced.

Greens Removals made getting our sons belongings to Denmark as straight forward as possible. They gave us good advice and kept us informed at each stage. Three years ago, we packed up our house in Orford and put it into store with Greens. Their service in moving us out and organising storage was speedy, organised and reassuringly straightforward. Having finally moved out of London to Essex, we were able to call on Greens to deliver the household from store. Everything was clean, dry and in good condition. (I would also note that everything packed by Greens in the move from Orford was notably better protected than the goods we had moved from London the previous week using another firm.) The crews have been unfailingly polite, super cheerful and incredibly helpful throughout and the office staff too have been great.

Arrived on time both days loaded and unloaded without any problems, no breakages all achieved with a sense of humour,

We had sent a shipment from New York to the UK. Upon arrival, we had to chase the company to find out if the container arrived. They never replied. Many emails later, we were invoiced for additional port charges as the container was waiting not for us but for others sharing the container to pay their duties therefore we should pay the extra costs! We refused as these were additional charges that had nothing to do with us since we settled our duty charges as soon as we were told. (another tactic to take more money from customers, do not fall in their traps) Our items were finally delivered but our most expensive items were missing, so a 4 poster bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps! These were from restoration hardware! There is confirmation that the items were loaded from New York but somehow these items are now missing in the UK. No reply from greens on what they have done or followed up so far.... no answer to calls or to emails (call everyday and email every 2 days)... the office reception is useless, apparently the people we need to speak to are too busy and using gdpr as an excuse not to put anyone through. Oh they are still calling me back since June when the container arrived. Debbie is the only contact apparently that runs the whole company. Please dont waste your time with greens. Do not use this company who do not value customer's business they only want to bill you and not deliver the service paid for. We are still waiting for our items.

We used Green Removals in Stowmarket who sub-contracted our job to TaxiTruck in Maldon with whom they work together. The move, from Clacton - on - Sea to Stowmarket, could not have been easier. These two firms both put themselves out for us and the 3-man crew of TaxiTruck were very accommodating, kind, funny and polite. We were out by 11.30am and moved in by 3.30pm. My wife and I are most grateful to both firms and highly recommend them to you if you need a removal firm. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

Greens packed our old house to storage, stored our belongings and then moved them into our new place from storage. The office team were quick to respond to queries and really helpful in planning dates etc. The movers were very professional. They were courteous and efficient and very patient with those inevitable moving hitches. All of our things were expertly packed and everything survived the move. The extra attention to detail like keeping cables and remotes together and clear labelling of boxes was much appreciated. We highly recommend Greens!

We were very happy with all aspects of the move carried out for us by the Greens team. This was a tricky move for a number of reasons; Covid restrictions; an unusually busy moving schedule for Greens; short days of winter; a narrow lane at the moving out the end which meant we couldn't use a large van; we had a lot of stuff including quite a few very heavy outdoor planters and some heavy workshop items; a long carry at the moving in end for these workshop and garden items as difficult access to the garage at the back, up a track and across the garden. The team did an excellent job all round. Right from the start, we felt Richard had a handle on what was required to move us, both logistically and personally to make things as stress-free as possible. He was helpful and friendly and worked out a great plan over 3 days to accommodate all the difficulties and on the days involved it all worked out really well. The team were hard-working, careful, courteous and friendly; they turned up on time and just did a really good job. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had but was well worth the extra cost to get the job done efficiently and as stress-free as possible. We trusted them and they delivered on all fronts. Would definitely recommend them. It felt like the personal service it should be but which is so often lacking these days.
