Excellent service throughout. Great communication, kept fully informed at each stage. Special thanks to Simon, who found the leak and repaired it, and to Lee, who did a great job reinstating the concrete floor. Both Simon and Lee were a credit to the company, courteous and respectful, leaving the property clean and tidy after each of their three visits.

Problem: Collapsed sewer serving 3 flats effecting the soil pipe. Greenstar sent Lee and Leo to sort out this problem which was causing sewage to back up into the ground-floor flat. The work lasted for almost 4 days. They carried out a CCTV survey, and the collapsed part of the sewer was replaced and a new stack set up to serve all 3 flats. This required all bathroom fittings in the 3 flats to be connected to the new stack which included plumbing work in these flats. Lee and Leo did a great job, and their finishing off was excellent. They took pre-photos of the work areas in each flat. They referred to these photos to return everything to how and where it was when the work was completed. They were polite, friendly, kept us informed of progress, and consulted us when options were available. Greenstar customer service was easily accessible and very helpful. We would use Greenstar again and ask for Lee and Leo.

I contacted Greenstar for their Leak Detection service and after their visit today, I can highly recommend this company. The booking of the appointment was easy, polite and helpful member of staff on the phone. I was phoned 40mins prior to their arrival, to confirm what time they would be with me. Lee the plumber who carried out the job, was polite courteous, knowledgable and kept me informed throughout the whole visit of what to expect, what he was doing and explaining his findings. Replaced sliding shower doors that were fitted the wrong way around in a property I've just purchased. While there was a day delay and come complications - work was completed the same day as promised and I'm very happy with the result.

Full boiler service including cleaning filter. All done very cleanly and efficiently. Also fitted a new programmable thermostat for which the engineer gave full instructions/demonstration. Very pleased with the work.

The company attended promptly to assess the work, gave a quote and were able to complete the work within a few days. It was all left clean and tidy after they had completed. I was very pleased with them. Have used them previously for boiler service, drain clearing/repairs and plumbing works including replacing a toilet, and they are always very good.
