HEH have done many jobs for us over the last 15 years. They were the only ones to solve our central central heating problems (3 tried previously) and we only look to them now for any new work such as todays job of new boiler installation.

Danny arrived and gave us a great overveiw of variuos combi-boilers that would meet our needs and didn't try to 'hard sell'. Charlie the engineer was very efficient, polite and informative. He explained each stage as he removed our old boiler/tanks etc. Very pleased with new boiler and HEH and would recommend them.

Boiler installation - conversion. The installers were very efficient, they did a superb job. I was very happy when the central heating and combi hot water was switched on. I loved it, and would recommend them to others definitely.

We had two new boilers installed in my office and flat above, with all new pipework in the flat, and new radiators throughout. The company's installers Mick and Dan, were very professional and made an excellent and neat jobs. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new heating system.

I called HEH on the Wednesday I had a visit from Danny that afternoon I received my quote and accepted it that evening Mike and young Danny were in attendance the following morning and finished with my premises on the following afternoon.

Massively Letdown
On 23/09/20 I contacted HEH to book a boiler service. I wanted a service in October at the start of winter but was told they were very busy and the earliest appointment was 05/11/20. Having used them previously, I agreed to wait. They called the morning of the day before to confirm and then the evening of the same day...oh they are very sorry but they have to cancel as a previous job overran. I said but I've waited well over a month for this service and I assumed they'll fit me in soon... Oh no says the lady, she's not sure but she'll definitely call me back the next day and "see what they can do" Well needless to say I'm still waiting. After a few days I called around and was only able to get a service on 08/12 from another company. It's completely thrown out my annual service routine. Really let down and do not recommend lest this happen to you.

In these unprecedented times:- Following Government Guidelines during this corona virus pandemic, routine maintenance was originally not being carried out during the summer months; hence the November service appointment date. It is always a priority to ensure customers' have sufficient heating and hot water. Therefore when an installation over-ran the appointment was to be rearranged. Please understand that we try to be transparent, generally our independent reviews are of such a high standard. As a team we work hard to ensure customer and job satisfaction. We of course would have contacted you to re-arrange but you have chosen to reschedule with another company. We hope that the work is carried out, to a good specification as prior to this date you have always been extremely happy with our services. Assuring you of our best attention. Regards Alison Director

I found HEH very professional from the start with a competitive quote from Danny and then Mike and Dan installing my new boiler, pump and timer/thermostat plus powerflush. Mike gave good suggestions during the install and the work was finished in a day and a half, quicker than expected. They left everything tidy and the office has been quick in responding to any questions I had.
