H Plus Global ltd did 1-2 days carpentry work for us, which we were very happy with. They are very professional, and we intend to use them again. Would recommend and we will be in contact for next phase of work next year.

Tom and his team replaced a flat roof on my property, which was at the end of its life and in poor condition. They worked hard and efficiently and were polite and easy to deal with. The job was done within the time schedule and budget, and thexroof now looks so good I'm thinking of charging commission to see it! I'm hoping to use them for another job in the near future - they're a real find.

I have used H Plus Global for a number of projects. This is the second bathroom they have replaced for me. Although this time it was a different person carrying out the work, the standard was just as good, if not better! Martin was thoroughly professional and a very skilled fitter whose attention to detail is exceptional. For example, the floor tiles, which should have been the same size as the wall tiles, were slightly smaller. Instead of leaving them, Martin cut all the wall tiles so they matched and the joints lined up properly. The job took rather longer as a consequence, however the result was excellent and I am very pleased. In addition, Martin was courteous, always on time, always cleaned up and I would have no hesitation in using him again.

I contacted Tom for a quote for our main bathroom and en-suite shower room following a recommendation from a work colleague. After the initial visit, Tom came back quickly with the quote and we agreed a start date. I found both Tom and Martin to be incredibly knowledgeable and offered suggestions on different design options during the initial and ongoing discussions. As with many renovations we encountered problems along the way; the existing shower had a leak which was only apparent when it was removed, and the timber underneath was rotten, but Martin was able to deal with this with no issue. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The standard of work is exceptional. I had real reservations about starting this project due to some bad experiences with tradespeople previously, but I can honestly say I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team to anyone; in fact, they’re starting one of my friends bathrooms in the next couple of weeks. I have also booked them in to extend my kitchen next year!

Tom saved my bacon when my builder backed out at the last minute. when i called him initially he didn't have any availability but he called me back the next day as one of his clients had to postpone their job. His initial estimate sounded slightly expensive to me but what i got was excellent quality workmanship, fantastic customer service, ongoing extremely practical advice and total satisfaction with the job.

Tom kindly squeezed us in his busy schedule to refurbish our shower. What we thought was a minor leak was in fact a bigger problem just waiting to happen due to work done by previous owners. Tom and his team showed us the damage and advised on rectification. Tom's team are passionate about their work and kept us abreast of the progress and it was clear to see how the areas impacted by the previous leak were being repaired. Tom's team would always tidy up at the end of the day and promptly turned up the next day to continue with the work. Tom has an excellent eye for detail and is very creative with bathroom designs. He was always available to discuss ideas and made time to advise on any suggestions we made. He builds a good rapport with his customers and is extremely reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of selecting the materials and found a new appreciation for tiles, shower accessories and bathroom ideas and in fact have planned to have the entire bathroom to be refurbished by Tom's team! We are very happy with our new and much improved shower which has received lots of compliments from our house guests. Thank you Tom & team!

We had been in search for builders to lay our outbuilding floor and had no luck even receiving a quote. Also, our garage is of an unusual shape which required a bit more planning. We struck gold when we found Tom and his highly professional and competent team. From our first call to first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. We were impressed by Tom's accessibility - day or night, he would quickly respond to our queries. Tom’s team were punctual, efficient and took pride in their work. All their recommendations of materials were of top quality and anyone who has seen our garage floor is immediately blown away by the work and finish. We had a house party planned in advance of the works starting and having mentioned it to Tom and expecting just a bit of tidying up to be done before the event, Tom's team were very considerate in temporarily patching up the work site which did not interfere at all with the party. We cannot stop singing praises of Tom and his team and already have other projects lined up for his team.

Well what can I say - I’m absolutely thrilled with the way Tom and his Team have transformed my house/ my home - it was indeed in need of renovating. As a female looking for a builder, it’s a minefield out there so with a bit of research my findings were not disappointing. Tom is a fair price trader and helped me through many a decision, some of which I wasn’t expecting and others I hadn’t a clue. To say I am more than happy is an understatement, plus I have recommended to a couple of others. Thank you Tom and Team

Worked consisted to take down an old tiny extension at the back of the house where the kitchen and the only bathroom of the house was located and build new extension with sky roof, with entire new floor plan with open kitchen space, create new bathroom on first floor and renovate the entire house. It was not an easy job as the back wall of the house had to come down with metal frame beams to be inserted to support the house plus securing old foundations with underpinning. Tom and his team carried the work in less than 3 months. They were relentlessly working to complete the job. Tom supported a lot to sort out all possible challenges we met with moving manhole, communication and agreement with the council or Thames water in express manner. They took care of all finishing and new kitchen fitting as well. Customer service was excellent! Tom was dealing in priority with each and every single issue whether on weekdays or weekends and always came back in a few hours or less. I highly recommend H Plus.

This is the second time that I have used Tom. Previously, he installed a new bathroom for me. For this project, Tom and I held several planning meetings together over the course of a month before the project started. Tom instigated these meetings as for him, planning is crucial to the success of a project which it was in this case as his team worked seamlessly in implementing each stage of the project. The major parts of the project were to install a new kitchen, a new en-suite bathroom and a new downstairs cloakroom. Tom's team worked very hard while always having a smile on their faces as they enjoy what they do. The quality of their craftsmanship on the project is outstanding. Tom, himself, has a good eye for what works well for the look of a room and so he was determined in his approach to find the right parts and materials in order to achieve that look for each part of the project. This was always in line with what I wanted and Tom consulted me throughout. It was a real collaboration and the results are superb. In summary, Tom is not only very good at what he does but gives excellent, unmatchable customer service which he gives effortlessly as he loves what he does and wants what is best for the customer. I can't recommend him highly enough.
