I found Tom on Which?, after my electrician said that I would need to find a separate company to help reinstate the downstairs living and dining room ceilings, having been removed back in August due to containing asbestos. My house was undergoing a full house rewiring in November, hence the asbestos removal in preparation for the work. The total area was 32 sqm, for which Tom offered either to reinstate just the boards, with or without skimming. I chose the former because the actual redecoration of the house is not planned for some time yet, as the house requires a lot of attention elsewhere. It soon became clear that the bathroom ceiling also needed to be removed and replaced due to the new IP-rated lights. The prospect of any large holes in the ceiling was not inviting, but Tom was able to come to the rescue at short notice! The first guy who came left a few gaps, but it corrected a few days later without quibble. A big thank you to Tom and the team for their help in reinstating the ceiling. The property has a long way to go in planned refurbishment, but with Tom's help, the house does look a bit more livable. I will certainly be keeping Tom in mind for future projects around the house.

I was very happy to have a patio door replaced recently. The process, from initial contact to delivery of the door to installation was all very seamless. I was kept up to date and the work was carried out as and when agreed. Everything was spotless afterwards and I am delighted with the new door. Communication was excellent, the work was done very efficiently and I highly recommend Tom and his team. I look forward to working with them again.

Tom and his crew really saved our conservatory project after a previous builder abandoned it halfway through. Tom's team skilfully identified and remedied problems from the previous build, and the final result is absolutely stunning. We can't stop praising Tom and his team's workmanship to everyone! Tom was in constant communication with us, showing us progress photos and videos, and no request for amendments to the design was ever too much. He made it work! Tom and his team offered advice on how to make things more efficient and better - advice that was always welcome and made sense! They explained their processes every step of the way, and their workmanship is excellent. Tom's team was very respectful, punctual, tidy, and always mindful of our pets, too. I am inviting them back for another project without hesitation, I know I can trust them to put all their effort and expertise into anything they do. Thank you, Tom and team!!

Tom and his men came into our lives when we had almost lost hope that we would find a reliable team to undertake complex roof work. This involved the complete redesign and replacement of our existing faulty roof, which had allowed water inside the house. Tom, to our surprise, rearranged his work schedule to fit us in so that we could miss the worst of the winter. He provided an innovative solution to our problem, talking us through every stage and sending regular videos as work progressed. The removal of the roof revealed other problems and, again, Tom talked us through them. The team worked through dreadful weather (without complaint); were punctual; were amazingly tidy and considerate. They repaired slight damage done by the scaffolders without extra charge. Such conscientiousness is exceptional in this trade; we could not have been more pleased. While we hope never to have to confront such a massive job again, we would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and his guys (and would certainly employ them again). Many, many thanks.

H Plus Global ltd did 1-2 days carpentry work for us, which we were very happy with. They are very professional, and we intend to use them again. Would recommend and we will be in contact for next phase of work next year.

Tom and his team replaced a flat roof on my property, which was at the end of its life and in poor condition. They worked hard and efficiently and were polite and easy to deal with. The job was done within the time schedule and budget, and thexroof now looks so good I'm thinking of charging commission to see it! I'm hoping to use them for another job in the near future - they're a real find.

I have used H Plus Global for a number of projects. This is the second bathroom they have replaced for me. Although this time it was a different person carrying out the work, the standard was just as good, if not better! Martin was thoroughly professional and a very skilled fitter whose attention to detail is exceptional. For example, the floor tiles, which should have been the same size as the wall tiles, were slightly smaller. Instead of leaving them, Martin cut all the wall tiles so they matched and the joints lined up properly. The job took rather longer as a consequence, however the result was excellent and I am very pleased. In addition, Martin was courteous, always on time, always cleaned up and I would have no hesitation in using him again.

I contacted Tom for a quote for our main bathroom and en-suite shower room following a recommendation from a work colleague. After the initial visit, Tom came back quickly with the quote and we agreed a start date. I found both Tom and Martin to be incredibly knowledgeable and offered suggestions on different design options during the initial and ongoing discussions. As with many renovations we encountered problems along the way; the existing shower had a leak which was only apparent when it was removed, and the timber underneath was rotten, but Martin was able to deal with this with no issue. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The standard of work is exceptional. I had real reservations about starting this project due to some bad experiences with tradespeople previously, but I can honestly say I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team to anyone; in fact, they’re starting one of my friends bathrooms in the next couple of weeks. I have also booked them in to extend my kitchen next year!

Tom saved my bacon when my builder backed out at the last minute. when i called him initially he didn't have any availability but he called me back the next day as one of his clients had to postpone their job. His initial estimate sounded slightly expensive to me but what i got was excellent quality workmanship, fantastic customer service, ongoing extremely practical advice and total satisfaction with the job.

Tom kindly squeezed us in his busy schedule to refurbish our shower. What we thought was a minor leak was in fact a bigger problem just waiting to happen due to work done by previous owners. Tom and his team showed us the damage and advised on rectification. Tom's team are passionate about their work and kept us abreast of the progress and it was clear to see how the areas impacted by the previous leak were being repaired. Tom's team would always tidy up at the end of the day and promptly turned up the next day to continue with the work. Tom has an excellent eye for detail and is very creative with bathroom designs. He was always available to discuss ideas and made time to advise on any suggestions we made. He builds a good rapport with his customers and is extremely reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of selecting the materials and found a new appreciation for tiles, shower accessories and bathroom ideas and in fact have planned to have the entire bathroom to be refurbished by Tom's team! We are very happy with our new and much improved shower which has received lots of compliments from our house guests. Thank you Tom & team!
