Hannah and Howie were recommended by a friend and we are happy we chose to have the work carried out by them. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and very professional starting with Gordon’s initial visit where he recommended which boiler would suit us best. Caroline then emailed us a quote for the work and we agreed on a starting date. Scott and Graham then came to do the installation. We left them to get on with the hard graft and were pleasantly surprised how well they cleared up after themselves (not something that always happens)! The work took 2 days which Gordon had advised. When the work was completed, Scott gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the Hive app which was also greatly appreciated. Caroline was also very helpful on the phone with any queries we had both before and after the work was done. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace or install a new boiler.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about the 2 engineers Scott and Graeme that upgraded our gravity fed heating system with hot water tank to a new combo boiler system. The guys work extremely hard and take pride in their work. I had a few specific requests and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very tidy and took all rubbish away including the old water tanks. When the work was complete they took me through everything that was done and how to control the boiler. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their boiler.

Extremely happy with the installation. Scott and Graeme did a brilliant job and they were so neat and tidy and really nice pleasant guys. Absolutely great. The Boiler was installed exactly on time and too budget, they cleaned up after they finished each day. They took the time and patience (in my case) to ensure we fully understood not only how the boiler worked but the the Hive app. I was really very impressed with the work and the communication.

Excellent company to deal with. Have used before for boiler repairs and when time came to change the system didn't hesitate to get quote from them. It was very reasonable and fully laid out in detail. Engineers were fantastic, extremely tidy and finished whole job in less than half a day, including replacement of a radiator which had been added to job just 2 days before. Good communication throughout and full explanation of new system upon completion. Brilliant service as always.

From the first visit to the work being done, the company were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and came out quickly. Our heating wasn't reaching the far end of our house, so we had a new boiler and tank fitted as well as Hive controls, and now it works perfectly. Would highly recommend this company.

Used them with our previous boiler, finding them very good using their 5star plan, so had them install our new boiler as their quote was very competitive for a better boiler. Just had the second annual check done with no issues. Followed Covid safety rules, but still able to give the excellent service we've become used to. Recommended to several friends who all stay with them once they've used them once. Wouldn't even replace the old boiler for 4yrs as it didn't need it, and they knew we were going to get a quote for the work. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Always on time, work quickly and tidily, and friendly and approachable.

I had a replacement boiler fitted in a different location to the existing one. It was changed from a heat only boiler to a combi. I was given good advice to help me choose the correct options. The installation took a day and all the old hot water tank and boiler and pipes were removed. Very courteous installation team who cleared up after the work was done. The cost quoted for the work was very competitive. Overall I am very pleased with the job and would recommend. I intend to get them to carry out the boiler service when it comes due.

We had a new boiler installed by Hannah and Howie. We were very happy with the service from start to finish. Good advice for the quote and a fair price for the job so we decided to go ahead. The job was done the very next week and the two guys that did the install were great. Professional and helpful and left no mess behind whatsoever. Everything they did was to a highly professional standard and even little touches like hiding the old heating controllers were appreciated. We now have a warm and efficient house and are glad we chose this company. Highly recommended!
