This was a long and complicated job, in a flat with an unusual configuration. Both plumbers were very patient and friendly, and took the time to explain exactly how the work would take place. Very fast and efficient work - and they even Hoovered!

We were very impressed with the service in all aspects, from quoting, throughout the work done, and culminating in a full explanation of the work done and how to use the new boiler. Very tidy and efficient workers. We are already using again for another job.

Responded, arranged next day assessment. Returned following day with part, repaired boiler, carried out Landlord Gas Certificate on pipe and boiler. Attitude throughout pleasant, helpful and well priced so have book for other gas certificates. Situation was awkward as cold snap and although provided mobile heater I wanted tenants to have best heating.

Mick was very professional and his knowledge came through well. Identified some issues with boiler and inverted cylinder in another cupboard (unrelated) and gave me some valuable advice and even contacted third party out of concern for our wellbeing (Gas mains concern which was thankfully okay) Hope to use his services again to resolve boiler issues.
