I have used Chris for the last five years to service our boiler. He has always been on time, efficient, polite and leaves the job clean and tidy. I believe. His prices are competitive but why would I change as I am very satisfied with his service.

I have my boiler serviced annually by He@Heating Ltd and I am always pleased with the service. Chris is friendly and always explains any concerns or work needed. He recently fitted a Hive for me and again explains everything so I feel 100% confident and satisfied.

As I had not had my boiler serviced for the 3 years since I moved into my new house I asked a neighbour and was given the contact details for this gas safe engineer who lives locally. Chris came at the time/date arranged. He worked quietly and efficiently to carry out the service, leaving me with the documentation etc. He also answered a couple of queries I had and tightened a connection in addition to adding inhibitor into the system. Very impressed.

I have used Chris several times over the years and am always happy with his service. This job was especially tricky but Chris persevered where others would have given up and ordered many new parts whilst charging for a much longer job.
