I found Chris through Which? Trusted Traders and when I contacted him, I found him to be excellent in his communication, offering advice and being flexible with appointments. Chris then arrived exactly when he said he would do, which is very important for me. He very quickly diagnosed the fault with our boiler, made it safe and provided a number of cost effective options, to resolve the problem. I found him to be knowledgeable, reliable and honest. His prices are reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Chris usually services my elderly parent’s boiler. He has always been reliable and I trust him implicitly to provide the highest standard of work at a fair price. When we needed to reroute the pipework in their bathroom to remove the bath & fit a new shower, he was our first choice. It was rather tricky to do but he did an excellent job. He works to a very high standard and the finished pipework looked exceptionally neat. Chris is helpful and easy to communicate with, he charged a very reasonable price for the work he undertook. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work that he is prepared to quote for.
