I had a very old boiler that needed a lot of work, which Chris repaired, despite two other tradesmen saying that they couldn't fix it. When I eventually saved up for a boiler, Chris installed it last year and he was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He came back to service the boiler this year and was again very well organised, friendly and reliable. Chris is a great guy who you can really trust to just turn up and get on with the job. I have had lots of work done on my house this year and I wish everyone was a hard-working and honest as Chris.

Chris is very good at his job, appliances all serviced and working well as they have done for the last six years. Very tidy, polite, trustworthy and reliable. He put the boiler in six years ago and recently changed a couple of radiators for us. All very good jobs.

Chris promptly identified a fault with my boiler and drove to Bishops Stortford to collect a new part as none were available locally. He explained fully the work that was being carried and as normal was very courteous and pleasant. Would highly recommend to friends and neighbours.

Chris arrived on time, having telephoned to confirm an ETA. He was courteous and willing to listen and was efficient and resourceful in servicing our boiler, which had been neglected for some time. He sourced new parts for those obsolete in the system and was persistent in dealing with difficult fixings. What stood out was Chris' helpful demeanour and ability to work through difficult problems. We were extremely happy with his visit.

Sudden total loss of heating and hot water, plus two radiators that had never worked (which another company had previously failed to fix). Called HE at about noon and left message. My call was returned promptly, engineer arrived 10am next morning. New pump was needed and a blocked pipe had to be cut out and replaced. Progress reports were given as the work developed. Prices were explained and approval sought before anything was done. No wait for parts, which was pretty amazing, everything was sorted out on the first visit. Full system now working.
