Excellent work from a reliable and helpful company who I have used before. Very professional plumber fitted new taps and waste outlet to vanity basin.

Heat Tech reminded us that the boiler required its annual service and when I booked a time with them, they said that the guy who is going to do the work would telephone me when he is on his way to my address. Unfortunately, my phone was busy when he made the call, but he still turned up at the house at the time arranged. The work was done within an hour and I was told that the boiler was quite old and that, should it need new parts, these were no longer available, and so we must be aware that we should be prepared to have a new boiler in the near future.

Booked visit via Mizzen Company. Easily done. Time of 8 am - 9 am given. Arrived 8.30 and completed by 9. Boiler serviced without issues. 3 radiators bled only. Polite, friendly, professional and tidy work.

As usual the plumber arrived at the agreed time. Boiler given annual service. Area left clean. I have always had prompt, efficient service from this company, whose details I was given by the boiler manufacturer after the builder's plumber left the boiler leaking. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Their workers are always clean, well presented and polite. On a previous emergency occasion the office went out of their way to sort out a prompt response.

Heat Tech are my go to heating company who installed my central heating. They come annually to carry out my boiler service. Always on time and do a thorough and professional job.

Arrived early. Friendly, polite and professional work. Leak from failed silicone in shower under plug hole. Replaced and resealed pipes. Completed in good time. Communication given throughout work and advice on completion. Details for repair of ceiling taken on same visit for future repair once happy no further issues.

We use Heatech for all our heating and plumbing requirements. They have over the years replaced our boiler, radiator system, water tank as well undertaking our annual system servicing needs. They have always assisted us rapidly whenever we had a problem or emergency. They have just completed fitting a new heating system at my daughter’s house. The team are knowledgable, diligent, reliable and always polite and reliable. They are also v punctual and stay until the job is complete. Highly recommended by us on all fronts.

The whole experience of dealing with HeatTech is a pleasure, from first contact with their receptionist through to sign-off of the work and invoicing. Efficient, online, professional - can't fault them! This review is for a boiler and fireplace service and safety check, but I'd say just the same of HeatTech for the major heating system installation they did for me last year.

Heat Tech replaced our gas Worcester boiler with a new Vaillant gas boiler. At the last service they advised us that the Worcester boiler was beginning to fail and that making the change in the summer meant we could plan a mutually convenient time and make savings with a more reliable and more efficient boiler. The men, Francesco and James arrived exactly as promised and explained what they were going to do and why. They explained the sequence of work and where we could be least disturbed. They began by flushing out the system to clean all the radiators and pipes. They removed the old boiler and installed the new one. The boiler is built into an exterior wall so they also replaced the flu and the cowling. Unasked; they thought through and made adjustments in the connections and layout. We now have an expansion tank we can monitor and pressure controls in the house. Throughout their time here they were very careful and considerate and as quiet as possible. They immediately cleared up any debris or mess and took away every bit of old equipment and the packaging etc of the new. One example of their consideration was to make sure the Aga was alight and working after they had turned off the gas to check for leaks in the system. The Aga is notoriously difficult to relight. When all the work was complete they added two bottles of a corrosion inhibitor. They were a pleasure to have and we would like to thank them both.
