I had a serious problem with my boiler right in the middle of the Christmas break. The service I received was simply exceptional. They came to my property immediately, even give the holiday period when a lot of companies had shut down, and put my mind at rest straight away. They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite, friendly and well organised and gave me on honest feedback until my extensive repairs were completed. I spoke with a few different members of the team and each one was more knowledgeable and helpful than the last. Given the state of my boiler and the damage that had been done by a serious escape of water I had serious concerns for the cost of the work they completed and the parts that they placed. However, the invoice I received was fair and reasonable and I have complete faith in them. I have now referred both my father and brothers to them so they know they have a local, reliable firm they can rely on when they need any assistance. First class!

Heat Tech are a local company I found on Google. Pleased that they had good feedback from Trusted Traders. I had a complex issue that took a couple of visits but even through the holiday season, he stayed in regular communication. Would certainly recommend.

Found Mark’s contact details when searching online for Which Trusted Traders. Repairs to a shower valve, kitchen Triflow tap and a flush cistern were needed. Most of contact with Mark was via emails where he always replied promptly and provided helpful information. Mark himself or another one of his colleagues came on the agreed date & time and carried out the required work even agreeing to take on additional items which needed attention. Mark and his colleagues were very polite and helpful and the all the work was done tidily. I can certainly recommend Mark and will contact him again when required.

Mark is a revelation. After being mucked around by plumber after plumber, to finally find someone who does such novel things as 'turn up when they agree to' and 'do the job that they said that they will do' is a revolutionary experience for me. Really, he should not be called a plumber but something grander. Maybe a 'Water and gas containment and direction engineer'. Mark was presented with a range of problems ranging from a boiler service that was three years overdue to a shower that had leaked ever since it was installed (causing damp in the room below). In all, he had more than half a dozen problems to attend to over his first two visits and to say that everything went perfectly would not be true. But that just adds to the experience. Things in life go wrong, but it is how we deal with them that is the mark (excuse the pun) of what and who we are. Mark dealt with a problem when one thing didn't go right and instead of making an excuse, said "I have mucked up" and proceeded to put it right. I strongly recommend Heat Tech for anyone who wants not only wants a competent Water and Gas Containment and Direction Engineer but also expects good timekeeping, a responsible attitude towards his work and a fair reasonable price.

Mark was recommended by a friend a few years ago and he has since fitted a number of new and replacement central heating radiators. I had always found Mark and his team to offer a very efficient and reliable service and earlier this year decided to ask him to take over our boiler service as our existing contract had become ridiculously expensive. The service took place last week and it was quite a revelation to see the thoroughness of the work carried out compared to the work carried out previously.

Our Potterton boiler stopped working and Andy + apprentice arrived punctually at the agreed time and fixed and serviced it. Andy knew what he was doing and the boiler now works well and is much quieter.

When I managed to flood the house at 5.40 on a Sunday afternoon Mark was on the case in minutes. He has done previous work for us and we have always trusted his judgement on all work necessary. I can't praise him highly enough.

Mark installed our boiler a few years back and we have had it serviced by Heat Tech to service it ever since. They are always prompt, reliable and efficient.

We have used Mark on a number of occasions over the last six years including to install a new boiler and new Megaflow and to extend our central heating to areas of our house not previously heated. He has also done much smaller jobs, including, on this occasion, fixing a leak that had started from our shower valve. On each occasion he has spent time analysing the situation, clearly explained his proposed solution and then implemented it very professionally. I doubt he is the cheapest plumber covering Chorleywood, but I'm pretty sure he's the best.

For the first time that I can remember I feel confident that our gas heating system has been installed as it should be. Mark provided good advice from the outset and I had a gut reaction he was the person for the job. I was happy to accept his quote although it was not the cheapest one. My instinct proved to be fully justified. You get a service and a quality of work that is way better than I have experienced from others doing similar work and certainly well worth the small premium paid. He gets the detail right. When a major problem was found with our supply, he dealt with it immediately and at a fair cost. He and his team were a pleasure to have in the house and I could trust them to be alone in the house too. I have now transferred my maintenance contracts to him as well. I can whole heartedly recommend him. Thank you from all the family.

It was a pleasure meeting Mark and his team, they diagnosed the problem and fixed any old boiler. since then they have fitted a new boiler, we are extremely happy with the way in which they executed the fittings and explained how to operate the new boiler, very skilled and excellent plumbing service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team and feel very lucky to have worked with such an honest, reliable expert in his field. The whole team are exceptionally reliable, polite and considerate tradesman. I felt very comfortable leaving my wife and young child to work with Mark directly and he is always over delivered on everything. I have used Heat Tech on a number of of occasions over the past year. This has included replacing a booster pump, changing a broken toilet flush valve and inlet valve and boiler service. Mark has also cured various longstanding problems with pipes and valves. He is always prepared to investigate the problem thoroughly rather than just curing the symptoms, and to explain what he is doing.

Used for boiler service and radiator replacement. In course of this, sorted complications arising from boiler part failure and some existing water tank problems, leaving all parts of heating system working perfectly. A cold November day when my boiler packed up, no central heating or hot water. Phoned Mark, he was with me within a very few hours, fixed the boiler and showed me how to avoid similar problems. I will certainly call on him again for any plumbing or boiler needs.
