We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.

Mark and his apprentice arrived promptly to carry out a radiator repair which I had requested only a few days prior. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with zero mess. This is not the first job that Heat tech have carried out for me, and I have always been very satisfied by the quality and efficiency of their work. "Full marks"!

Identified and fixed leaking toilet cistern (which wasn't an easy job given rusted bolts) and identified problem with leaky water cylinder, and gas fire. Mark clearly knows exactly how to diagnose a problem and fix it effectively.

With Christmas round the corner t occurred to me that it was time for the central heating to pack up: it was last attended to by Mark 2 years ago, so to last this long with no problems he must have done a good job then ! Anyway, I 'phoned him and asked if he could manage an early appointment as I needed it doing before Christmas but, moreso, family illness was complicating things, so the earlier the better. As ever he pulled out all the stops and was here with his young assistant at the appointed time within a few days ! The boiler service went smoothly and efficiently and so too did the fixing of the lukewarm en suite radiator and all was tidied up and made good afterwards. In all, a most professional service as ever. I would not want to use anyone else for all things to do with boilers/heating & plumbing. I thoroughly recommend Mark Ockendon & Heat Tech.

For the first time that I can remember I feel confident that our gas heating system has been installed as it should be. Mark provided good advice from the outset and I had a gut reaction he was the person for the job. I was happy to accept his quote although it was not the cheapest one. My instinct proved to be fully justified. You get a service and a quality of work that is way better than I have experienced from others doing similar work and certainly well worth the small premium paid. He gets the detail right. When a major problem was found with our supply, he dealt with it immediately and at a fair cost. He and his team were a pleasure to have in the house and I could trust them to be alone in the house too. I have now transferred my maintenance contracts to him as well. I can whole heartedly recommend him. Thank you from all the family.

Heat Tech carried out a service on our old boiler and he managed to bring it back to life and also eliminate all of the Carbon Dioxide it was emitting. Truely great service. I have no hesiation in recommending Heat Tech!

Very professional service from Heat Tech engineers, the boiler needed a service and I also had a new thermostat installed. James talked me through everything he found and patiently showed me how to set the new thermostat. Mark returned a few days later with some additional parts which needed to be replaced. All work was carried out well and I am very pleased with the service received. I will definitely be using Heat Tech again.

Excellent communications made this a very easy and worry free experience. I called and was given an time for the next day to fix the heating, this was followed up with checks and gather information to ensure it could be fixed in first visit. They arrived on time, and with greater technical knowledge than previous person, they fixed the valve rather than replacing, thus doing it in half the time and half the cost. Very satisfied.

We have recently moved to a new flat and are having huge problems with our electricity bill which is completely bonkers, it's through the roof! Called to get a quote for a new water heater which looks to be the culprit. Instead of just booking us in, they took the time to find out what the issue was first and gave very sound and helpful advice. My central heating stopped working and Mark was able to tell me over the phone how to get it working again until he could he could come and fit a new motor to a motorised valve.
