We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.

Mark was recommended to me and with good reason. He was the third plumber/heating engineer to attend in the 8 days we were without heating or hot water. Expensive solutions had been diagnosed by the others e.g. new boiler! They say that planning is the key to success... In advance of the appointment, Mark asked me to send photos of the boiler, the pump the immersion valve etc. On the day of the appointment he attended with his (very polite, articulate and proficient ) young apprentice. They were outstanding. Heating system drained, pump replaced, radiators warm and hot water restored within 90 minutes of arrival. Having received the photos, he had been able to ensure that he had all possible parts on board should they be required. I am very impressed by the professionalism of all aspects of Heat Tech, not least as the problem was swiftly identified and fixed at a fraction of the cost I had been advised by the companies.

We have been using Heat Tech for many years now for servicing and repairs and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Mark and his team have always been completely dependable and very professional. My last issue was that our heating system broke down on Christmas Eve (just gone). Whilst I knew that this would be an awkward time to expect anyone from Heat Tech to do anything, Mark came round on his way back from Christmas shopping to have a look at the problem, which wasn't an easy one to diagnose or repair. Nonetheless, across three visits that day, Mark managed to solve the problem, replaced a faulty valve and get us up and running with a fully working heating system again over Christmas! Needless to say, we were delighted and relieved, and despite the time of year, the bill was very reasonable too. I would have no hesitation (and frequently do) to recommend Heat Tech to anyone that like us, truly values a reliable, professional and totally trustworthy service from any contractor.

Mark attended my property with his assistant Ethan. The work was carried out efficiently and cleanly on the agreed day at the agreed time. Upon completion Mark provided advice for the future of my somewhat elderly boiler. An invoice for the amount agreed beforehand was provided by e mail two days later. All in all a thoroughly professional service which I would gladly recommend.

Mark on a Saturday evening talked us through a leaking boiler issue we had. Via WhatsApp pictures and over the phone he gave us clear and concise instructions. He resolved the problem and was calm, clear, and amazing throughout the call. When this COVID 19 issue is over we will be using him again to service our boiler. Left a message for Mark re radiators getting warm when only hot water activated. Dripping and vibrating cold tap. Boiler service. He returned my call the same day and said it could be dealt with the next day. The next afternoon, at the appointed time, arrived Engineer Sapphire and her assistant Ethan. They were thoroughly professional, polite, efficient and tidy. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole service. Everything was fixed and for a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Heat Tech and I would certainly use them again.

On one of the coldest days so far, we had a problem where our boiler became faulty and would not light up, so had no heating or hot water. Called Mark in the morning and within a few hours he had been round to diagnose the problem and then sourced a replacement part and fixed the problem shortly after. We could not of hoped for a better response and service. We have used Mark for a number of jobs over the last 6 months and highly recommend him and his team. Very professional and helpful.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Mark when I first moved to Rickmansworth in 2014. He and his team had done work for my son, so I had no hesitation in asking him to do some things that were that needed here. He installed a new Combi boiler, with all that that involved, disposing of the old boiler and enormous tank. He also took away an old radiator and replaced it with a new one on the opposite side of the room. Since then, he and his team have regularly serviced the boiler. Mark has an excellent work ethic which he passes on to new members of his team. I have no hesitation in recommending Heat Tech.

We were quoted a repair date for the problem with our boiler of 10 days from our long-standing Service Supplier which was unacceptable because of the cold weather which left us with no heating and no hot water. Heat Tech came within 2 hours of a telephone call, identified the issue and fixed the problem. We have now cancelled our contract with the previous Service Supplier.

I contacted Heat Tech Services in the morning in relation to a fault on my boiler, it wasn't producing hot water. Mark got in touch with me about half an hour later and at 2 pm I had an engineer at the door. He diagnosed the fault immediately and fixed it. The engineer even waited some 10 minutes for access while I returned home. Other companies were going to come the following week and, with 2 small kids at home and an elderly grandmother, I desperately needed hot water in the house. Honestly, I couldn't rate this company highly enough. I was so impressed with their service. I used them for the annual boiler service last year and will certainly continue using them in the future. Having not used this trader before, I was very impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend them. When part of my heating system failed in December I groaned to myself as finding a good engineer in winter is usually difficult. However, from my previous experience of Heattech, I knew they would help if they could. I rang Mark and he asked me for a few details and James came round the next day to fix the problem for a very reasonable price. It's helpful that they take the trouble to ensure they have the right parts with them as best they can as fixing it in one visit saves a lot of inconvenience. Highly recommended

James and George had the dubious pleasure of fitting a new toilet pan and bath mixer tap to ancient plumbing (lead pipes) as well as removing some redundant pipework and replacing the monoblock tap in the kitchen. They were polite, friendly, did a great job and were scrupulous in cleaning up and disposing of waste. I'll certainly be using Heat-Tech again when I next need any plumbing or heating work.
